The Bip 6 is the confirmed budget option, while Amazfit also lists the Bip Max as a current Bip-family watch. Neither is proof that a Bip 7 is coming—or that the Bip Max replaces it.

Has Amazfit confirmed the Bip 7?
No. As of August 16, 2026, Amazfit had not published a Bip 7 launch announcement, official product page, preorder listing, or price in the sources checked. Its US smartwatch catalog lists the Bip 6 and Bip Max, but not a Bip 7. Amazfit’s latest official Bip launch announcement identified in that catalog is for the Bip 6, announced on March 31, 2025.
A missing catalog listing is useful evidence that there is no product currently presented for sale there; it is not proof that Amazfit will never launch a Bip 7. Catalogs can also vary by country, and a future watch could use a different name. For now, claims that the Bip 7 is canceled, delayed, or imminent go beyond what Amazfit has confirmed.

Bip 7 release date: what do the rumors say?
There is no confirmed release date. Community posts speculated about a mid-2026 launch, including a June-to-August window, but these were predictions by users, not dates announced by Amazfit. See the discussions on whether to wait for a Bip 7 and when one might appear.
Those predicted windows had passed by August 16, 2026, without a verified launch. That does not establish a new date or mean the watch is delayed; it means the speculation did not become a confirmed release. The Bip 6’s timing is context, not a schedule: Amazfit announced it in the US on March 31, 2025, and said it was available that day through Amazfit.com and Amazon. The Japanese launch followed on April 25, 2025, according to the Japanese announcement. These dates do not guarantee an annual Bip release.
Bip 7 price: no MSRP or reliable estimate
Amazfit has not announced a Bip 7 price, and there is no supported figure to report as an expected MSRP. The US Bip 6 launched at $79.99, while Amazfit currently lists the Bip Max at $99.99 in its Essentials collection. Those prices suggest the family serves budget-to-midrange buyers, but they do not establish what a future model would cost. Any specific Bip 7 price circulating without an Amazfit listing should be treated as speculation.

Bip 7 specifications: what is known?
Nothing about the Bip 7’s hardware or software has been confirmed. In particular, there is no reliable official information on its display, battery, GPS, sensors, water resistance, calling, connectivity, storage, colors, software version, or support period. The Bip 6’s specifications should not be copied into a Bip 7 listing.

The Bip 6’s other advertised features include more than 140 workout modes, offline navigation, sleep, heart-rate, blood-oxygen and stress tracking, music and camera controls, and Zepp Flow voice control. Amazfit says its Zepp app provides Bip 6 health and fitness tracking without a mandatory subscription. These are Bip 6 details, not evidence of Bip 7 features. As with other consumer watches, health measurements are wellness tools, not a medical diagnosis.
Amazfit’s Bip 6 product page is the primary reference for its current specifications. Amazfit’s launch announcement initially described four colors, while the current product page lists Black, Charcoal, Stone, Blush, and Red. That difference is a reminder that colors and regional availability can change; it says nothing about Bip 7 color options.

Could the Bip Max be the Bip 7?
Amazfit officially lists the Bip Max as a Bip-family product at $99.99 in the US, making it relevant to shoppers looking for a current option. But Amazfit has not said it is the Bip 7 under another name, nor does the available evidence establish a complete technical comparison with the Bip 6. Treat it as a separately named watch in the current lineup, not as a confirmed replacement or equivalent.

Also take care with search results: the Amazfit Band 7 is a fitness band, not a Bip-series smartwatch. A marketplace page titled “Bip 7” is not confirmation unless it can be tied to an official Amazfit product page or announcement.
Should you buy the Bip 6 or wait?
- Buy the Bip 6 now if you need a watch soon, want to keep the US price near $80, and the confirmed features suit you. Its large AMOLED screen, GPS, health and fitness tracking, calling, and advertised battery life make it a concrete option rather than a rumor. It is a 2025 model, and the official page showed it temporarily sold out in one storefront view, so check current stock and price before ordering.
- Consider the Bip Max if you want a currently listed Bip-family option and are willing to spend about $20 more than the Bip 6’s listed US price. Do not assume it is technically better; check its own specifications and availability for your market.
- Wait for a possible Bip 7 if your current watch works and you are comfortable with no confirmed timeline, price, or feature set. Waiting could mean a longer wait, a differently named product, a higher price, or no Bip 7 launch at all.
There is no confirmed Bip 6-versus-Bip 7 comparison to make yet. The practical choice is between a known product and an unknown one—not between two verified generations.

Look for an Amazfit announcement or official product page that identifies the model and gives details readers can verify. A meaningful launch notice should clarify:
