Short answer: the post-Cyber Monday deals were real, but they are historical now. On December 2, 2025, Apple Watch Series 11 GPS (42mm) was reported at $329, standard AirPods 4 at $80, and AirPods 4 with active noise cancellation (ANC) at $99. As of the latest supplied price check on August 18, 2026, those Cyber Monday prices should not be treated as current offers unless a retailer listing is independently rechecked.
The Apple Watch deal was the strongest choice for iPhone owners wanting a current mainstream smartwatch. For earbuds, the standard AirPods 4 were the budget pick, while the $99 AirPods 4 with ANC were the standout feature deal.
The Apple deals that remained after Cyber Monday
Cyber Monday ended on December 1, 2025, but several retailer promotions reportedly continued into December 2. The discounts appeared across retailers including Amazon, Walmart, Target, and Best Buy, with stock, colors, configurations, and prices changing quickly.
These were retailer promotions, not permanent Apple Store prices. The original coverage was a time-stamped snapshot, so an indexed deal page or search result does not prove that the same offer is still available.

Apple Watch Series 11 at $329: the best watch deal
The reported $329 offer applied to a specific configuration: the Apple Watch Series 11, GPS, with a 42mm case. It was $70 below the $399 starting price, a discount of about 17.5 percent.
Do not generalize that price to every Series 11. GPS and GPS + Cellular models have different prices, and band sizes, case finishes, colors, and retailer inventory can change the final cost. A listing advertising $329 may also default to a different band or color when opened.

Who should buy this configuration?
- iPhone owners wanting the current mainstream Apple Watch: Series 11 is the logical choice if you want notifications, activity and workout tracking, sleep features, and Apple ecosystem integration.
- Buyers who do not need standalone connectivity: GPS is generally the better value if your iPhone is usually nearby.
- Shoppers who need cellular service: Choose GPS + Cellular only if you expect to make calls, receive messages, stream, or use data away from your iPhone. Cellular service can add a recurring carrier charge.

Compatibility matters
Apple’s current buying page says Apple Watch Series 11, SE 3, and Ultra 3 require an iPhone 11 or later running iOS 26 or later. Those are current 2026 requirements and should not be retroactively attributed to the December 2025 deal article. An Apple Watch still requires an iPhone for setup and normal Apple ecosystem use.
If your iPhone is older than the current requirement, confirm compatibility before buying. A cheap watch is not a bargain if it cannot be paired with your phone.

AirPods 4 at $80: the budget option
The standard AirPods 4 were reported at $80, down from Apple’s $129 list price. That was a $49 reduction, or roughly 38 percent. It was a good price, but not the lowest price seen during the promotion: the same model had reportedly fallen to $69 earlier in the sale.

AirPods 4 with ANC at $99: the feature deal
AirPods 4 with ANC were reported at $99, compared with a $179 list price. The $80 reduction made this the more compelling deal if the buyer wanted noise control and the discount was still available.
The ANC model adds:

That makes it the stronger choice for commuters, travelers, and people who want to reduce surrounding noise without switching to the sealed silicone-ear-tip design of AirPods Pro. Apple currently lists AirPods 4 with ANC at $179.
ANC does not make AirPods 4 identical to AirPods Pro. The fit, sensors, noise cancellation experience, and feature set differ. Buyers specifically seeking the strongest noise isolation, heart-rate sensing, or Pro-specific hearing features should compare AirPods Pro instead. Some current ANC features, including Live Translation, require an Apple Intelligence-enabled iPhone running iOS 26 or later, and language and regional availability varies. That is a current requirement, not a condition that should be assumed for the original 2025 promotion.
