The watch described in the “Cult Spirit” launch headline is the CULT Sprint, launched in India on July 11, 2024. Its headline features include built-in GPS, a 1.43-inch AMOLED display and a claimed battery life of up to seven days, but Cult’s own support figures are shorter when GPS, Always-on Display or Bluetooth calling is used.
Price and availability
CULT Sprint was announced on July 11, 2024, ahead of Amazon’s July 12 Prime Day sale. The reported launch offer was ₹2,499 for Amazon Prime members; that was a time-limited 2024 price, not a confirmed current price. Gizmochina’s launch report covered the announcement and offer.
As of the August 2026 store-price signal, Cultsport’s smartwatch listing showed the Sprint at ₹3,099, with a coupon price of ₹2,999. That listing does not establish live stock or checkout availability, so confirm both on the Cultsport store before buying.

What the built-in GPS can—and cannot—do
The Sprint is designed to record outdoor workouts without requiring the phone to provide GPS. Cult documents GPS support for running, outdoor cycling and walking. It also says there is no turn-by-turn navigation: GPS activity tracking should not be mistaken for maps, route guidance or spoken directions.
Before heading out, transfer the GPS-data patch to the watch through its companion app. The phone app needs an internet connection for that update. Cult’s GPS support page explains the patch requirement and supported activities.
If GPS does not connect
- Open the companion app and check that the GPS patch has been transferred before starting the workout.
- Test outdoors with a clear view of the sky rather than indoors or in an enclosed space.
- Allow for conditions Cult identifies as potential factors, including bad weather and low battery.
The available specifications do not establish independently tested GPS accuracy, so the presence of multi-GNSS support alone is not proof of precise tracking.

The round 1.43-inch AMOLED panel is paired with a zinc-alloy case, a rotating crown and a separate navigation button. Customisable watch faces are reported, as is an Always-on Display option. Product material reports 466 × 466 resolution and approximately 700-nit brightness, but those figures should be treated as specifications rather than independently measured performance.
Rank #2
- Designed with a bright, colorful AMOLED display, get a more complete picture of your health, thanks to battery life of up to 11 days in smartwatch mode (5 days display always-on)
- Body Battery energy monitoring helps you understand when you’re charged up or need to rest, with even more personalized insights based on sleep, naps, stress levels, workouts and more (data presented is intended to be a close estimation of metrics tracked)
- Get a sleep score and personalized sleep coaching for how much sleep you need — and get tips on how to improve plus key metrics such as HRV status to better understand your health (data presented is intended to be a close estimation of metrics tracked)
- Find new ways to keep your body moving with more than 30 built-in indoor and GPS sports apps, including walking, running, cycling, HIIT, swimming, golf and more
- Wheelchair mode tracks pushes — rather than steps — and includes push and handcycle activities with preloaded workouts for strength, cardio, HIIT, Pilates and yoga, challenges specific to wheelchair users and more (data presented is intended to be a close estimation of metrics tracked)
Bluetooth calling is supported, with a dial pad and contact/quick-dial functions mentioned in product material. It is not an LTE watch: calls ordinarily rely on a paired phone’s cellular connection. The available material does not clearly establish Bluetooth version, compatible phone operating-system versions, call audio quality or the exact pairing procedure.
Battery life depends on which features are active
The 300mAh battery is advertised for up to seven days, but Cult’s support documentation gives lower estimates for feature-heavy use: approximately five days with GPS, and about two days with Always-on Display or Bluetooth calling. These figures describe different conditions; they are not additive estimates for using all three features together. See Cult’s battery guidance.
For planning, treat the seven-day figure as an upper-end claim rather than an expectation for frequent GPS sessions, an always-on screen and calls. The shorter mode-specific estimates indicate that more active use can reduce the time between charges.

Reported wellness features include heart-rate and SpO2 readings, sleep tracking, steps, calories, VO2 Max-related metrics, and fat-burn and aerobic/anaerobic activity measures. These are fitness estimates, not medical diagnoses; the available sources do not establish sensor accuracy through independent testing. VO2 Max should be understood as an estimate, since a measurement methodology is not specified.

Launch coverage describes more than 100 sports modes, while some product listings use “110+.” The more conservative “100+” is appropriate unless Cult confirms an exact count. A large mode count does not mean each profile uses GPS or provides the same sensors and data.
Water resistance and app compatibility
The Sprint is reported as IP68-rated for water resistance. That rating should not be turned into a blanket waterproof claim or taken as confirmation that the watch is suitable for swimming, diving, hot showers or sauna use; the available material does not establish those use cases.
Launch material names Strava, Google Fit and Apple Health integrations, alongside the Cultsport Watch or Cult Watch companion-app naming. Check the current app listing and settings to confirm the app name, phone compatibility and whether the integrations you need remain available.
Who is the CULT Sprint for?
It may suit
- Budget-conscious runners who want phone-free GPS recording for basic outdoor runs.
- Walkers and cyclists who want an AMOLED display, fitness tracking and Bluetooth calling in one watch.
- Buyers who value a broad set of workout profiles more than advanced smartwatch software.
Look elsewhere if
- You need turn-by-turn navigation or on-watch maps.
- You need independently validated GPS or heart-rate accuracy for serious training decisions.
- You need swimming or diving suitability explicitly documented by the manufacturer.
- You expect LTE calling without a phone, or cannot confirm that the current companion app and warranty support meet your needs.
Verdict
At its July 2024 Prime Day launch offer, the CULT Sprint paired built-in GPS and an AMOLED screen with a low promotional price. Its practical appeal depends on accepting a setup step for GPS, no turn-by-turn navigation, shorter battery estimates with demanding features, and the lack of independent accuracy testing. In 2026, decide based on the live checkout price, stock, warranty and app compatibility—not the old ₹2,499 launch offer.
