These are historical U.S. prices, not confirmed current offers; check the retailer’s live listing before buying.

The Lenovo arithmetic is $179.51 below the cited $550 price, the watch is $113.01 below $450, and the laptop is $550.01 below $1,450; the roundup rounded those figures to whole dollars. All three offers were U.S. snapshots from 2025. Nothing in the cited report confirms that the prices or inventory remain available in 2026.

At $370.49, the Legion Tab Gen 3 was the roundup’s lead deal for shoppers seeking a relatively small Android tablet with gaming-focused hardware. The reported offer required entering EXTRAFIVE during checkout. The publication called it an all-time low, $29 below its previous tracked low; that describes the publication’s price tracking, not a guarantee that no retailer or region ever offered a lower price.

The advertised $180 saving was measured against the then-usual $550 price. The tablet had launched earlier in 2025 at $500, so the comparison does not represent a discount from its launch price. The historical deal was still below both figures, but the reference price matters when judging how large the discount really was.
What the reported configuration offered
- 8.8-inch LCD with 2,560 × 1,600 resolution, a 165Hz refresh rate, and HDR10 support
- Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor and 12GB of RAM
- 256GB UFS 4.0 storage
- 6,550mAh battery, two USB-C ports, and support for 45W fast charging
Those are the specifications listed in the historical roundup, not a fresh check of a current product page or a guarantee that every regional SKU is identical. The compact, iPad mini-class footprint can suit handheld gaming and travel better than an 11- or 12-inch tablet. A high-refresh-rate display and flagship-class processor, on paper, also make it more compelling for demanding games than a basic budget tablet.
The size cuts both ways. A smaller screen is less comfortable for extended productivity, split-screen work, or watching with several people. The cited article does not establish software-support duration, cellular availability, included accessories, model-specific warranty, or sustained performance and heat under long gaming sessions. Check the exact model number and listing for those details, and do not assume cellular service or expandable storage without confirmation. If tablet-app optimization or a large productivity screen matters more than compact Android gaming, this may not be the right fit.

Pixel Watch 4: a notable discount, but on an open-box unit
The $336.99 example was a 41mm LTE Pixel Watch 4 in polished silver sold open-box by Best Buy, not a factory-sealed watch. The roundup described the unit as “Excellent” and Geek Squad Verified, factory reset, with accessories included, packaging potentially varying, and a one-year warranty. Those terms refer to that cited offer; they should not be assumed for another open-box listing or for inventory available now.
Open-box can be a reasonable way to save if the actual listing still describes the same condition and protections. Before paying, confirm the included charger and other accessories, inspect the return and warranty terms, and check whether the watch’s condition is acceptable for your use. “Excellent” is a retailer grade, not a promise of flawless cosmetics or a full account of prior use. Open-box stock is often limited to a particular color and configuration, so the $336.99 price may not apply to other models.
LTE hardware does not include a cellular plan. Confirm that your carrier supports watch activation and check the ongoing plan cost. If a new Pixel Watch 4 is only modestly more expensive, a sealed unit may be a better choice for a gift or for anyone who wants less uncertainty about condition and packaging. The old report does not establish today’s price, inventory, return window, or warranty for a current listing.

Galaxy Book4 Edge: a laptop deal with a compatibility question
The roundup listed the 16-inch Galaxy Book4 Edge at $899.99, against a stated $1,450 list price. The described configuration had a 12-core Qualcomm Snapdragon X Elite processor at 3.4GHz, 16GB of RAM, a 512GB SSD, an aluminum chassis, touchscreen, backlit keyboard, and dedicated Copilot key. Verify the exact SKU before comparing those specifications or the old price with a current listing.
Its central buying consideration is Windows on Arm. Many everyday Windows applications may work well, but specialized software, older peripherals, drivers, games, plug-ins, VPN clients, or enterprise tools can behave differently or may not be supported. Check with the software and hardware vendors for your specific tools before buying, especially if this will be a work machine. The discount alone does not establish performance or compatibility for your workload.
The Galaxy Book4 Edge was already an older Galaxy Book generation in the 2025 roundup. A deep reduction can make older stock attractive, but a newer Snapdragon, Intel, or AMD laptop at a smaller discount could be a better long-term fit. Compare the precise processor, display, ports, storage, warranty, and current selling price—not only the claimed amount off list.

How to check a deal before buying
- Confirm the exact item and SKU. Match screen size, storage, processor, color, connectivity, and model number; specifications and warranty can vary by configuration or region.
- Check condition and seller. Distinguish new from open-box, refurbished, or marketplace inventory. For an open-box watch, read the listing’s actual condition, included accessories, warranty, and return policy.
- Test any required code. For the historical Lenovo offer, EXTRAFIVE was required at checkout. A remembered code is not proof it remains valid or applies to a different configuration.
- Compare meaningful prices. Separate MSRP, launch price, usual price, and recent street price. A large reduction from a reference price is not automatically a good value.
- Calculate the checkout total. Confirm shipping, sales tax, membership requirements, and any other conditions before treating a price as final.
- Check compatibility and recurring costs. Verify LTE carrier support and plan charges for the watch, and test your essential applications and peripherals against the laptop’s Arm compatibility requirements.
- Compare alternatives in the same budget. A newer model with a smaller discount may bring longer usable life or fewer compromises. Use current listings rather than these 2025 figures when making that comparison.
