This was a real, but expired, Black Friday promotion. Google Store’s November 2024 deal cut $70 from both standard Pixel Watch 3 sizes: the 41mm model fell from $349 to $279, and the 45mm from $399 to $329. The offer was for Wi-Fi/Bluetooth models, before any trade-in credit—not a current price or a blanket discount on every configuration.
Pixel Watch 3 Black Friday prices
The promotion was reported on November 21, 2024, as Google’s limited-time Black Friday pricing went live. The listed prices were:

The original deal report described the prices as limited-time Google Store offers. Both sizes got the same $70 reduction, but the 45mm remained $50 more than the 41mm at sale price, just as it did at the cited regular prices.
What the $70 discount did—and didn’t—cover
The headline discount applied to the standard Wi-Fi/Bluetooth versions. It should not be read as $70 off every Pixel Watch 3 variant. A later Black Friday roundup listed the 41mm LTE model at about $350 and the 45mm LTE at about $400, roughly $100 below their cited list prices. Those were later-reported retailer prices, not the same Google Store offer, so compare like-for-like sizes and connectivity rather than combining them into one promotion. The later roundup also put the standard models at about $280 and $330.

The Google Store sale prices were before trade-in. The original coverage gave a first-generation Pixel Watch as an example of a device that might earn an additional credit, but the amount depended on the device and its condition; it was not a guaranteed $50 saving. Treat any trade-in estimate as provisional until the retailer confirms the value after inspection.
Was it a good deal?
By calculation from the cited regular prices, $70 off was about 20% off the 41mm model and 18% off the 45mm. That is a meaningful reduction for a recently launched watch at the time, though it is not evidence of a record-low price. The 41mm was the less expensive choice; the 45mm cost $50 more for buyers who preferred its larger case and display. The sale report alone does not establish a hands-on performance advantage for either size.

LTE is a separate value calculation. It can make sense if you regularly leave your phone behind and your carrier supports the watch, but the LTE version costs more upfront and may require an additional monthly plan. Include that recurring cost when comparing it with Bluetooth/Wi-Fi, which relies on the phone for connectivity away from Wi-Fi.

Alternatives and buying now
During the same 2024 shopping period, a later roundup reported Pixel Watch 2 models from about $145 at Amazon. That made the older generation a lower-cost option then, but it does not establish equivalence with Pixel Watch 3; check the models’ features, software support, condition, and warranty before choosing one.

For anyone shopping now, the 2024 prices are historical, not an available offer. As of August 2026, the old Google Store Pixel Watch 3 URL redirects to a Pixel Watch 5 configuration page. Check Google Store or a retailer for current stock and pricing, and consider newer generations alongside any Pixel Watch 3 clearance listing. The associated Amazon product listing does not establish a current price or availability.
If you find a Pixel Watch 3 listing, verify the size, Bluetooth/Wi-Fi or LTE connectivity, color and band, and whether it is new, refurbished, or open-box. Check seller identity, return and warranty terms, and whether a stated promotion is a direct price cut or a gift-card offer. For trade-ins, confirm whether credit is immediate or conditional on inspection.
Status: The Google Store Black Friday deal ended with the 2024 holiday shopping period. Do not use $279 or $329 as current prices without checking a live listing.
