The October 2025 prices were reported in 9to5Google’s deals roundup. The June 2026 figures come from TechSpot’s Prime Day coverage. A stated list or regular price is not necessarily the product’s typical street price, and neither source establishes that the offers remain active now.
Pixel Watch 4: check the condition before judging the price
The strongest smartwatch detail in the original roundup was a 45mm LTE Pixel Watch 4 for $399.99 in open-box condition at Best Buy. The coverage described Geek Squad verification and a one-year warranty. It also reported 41mm LTE open-box variants at about $337 for Champagne Gold and about $400 for Matte Black. Those were limited-inventory listings, not a broad discount on new stock.

A later Prime Day report put a Pixel Watch 4 at $319, but the available details do not identify its size, finish, connectivity, condition, seller, or warranty. Do not compare that number directly with the open-box Best Buy offers—or treat it as a current price—without checking the exact listing.
Before buying an open-box or LTE watch
- Confirm size and finish: make sure the listing is for the 41mm or 45mm version you want, in the stated color, and not a different variant selected by default.
- Verify condition and coverage: read the seller’s definition of open-box, what accessories are included, the return window, and who provides the warranty. “Verified” does not tell you the battery’s condition or guarantee every original accessory is present.
- Count the LTE cost: LTE does not automatically include cellular service. Check whether activation requires a compatible plan or carrier, and account for any ongoing charge. If you usually carry your phone, LTE may not justify paying extra.
- Check phone compatibility: confirm the watch works with your specific Android phone and in your region before ordering. The available deal reports do not establish compatibility for every handset or market.

Amazon mesh Wi-Fi: identify the eero kit, not just the brand
“Amazon mesh” in the October 2025 roundup referred to Amazon-owned eero systems. The reported promotion covered several Wi-Fi 7 products—including eero 7, Pro, Max, and Outdoor—with prices starting around $135. That starting figure is not enough to evaluate a system: the exact model and number of nodes determine what you are buying.
The June 2026 roundup offered a different historical comparison: an eero 6 Plus three-pack at $194, a TP-Link Deco XE70 Pro at $209, and a Deco S4 three-pack at $95. These are not interchangeable products. Compare their Wi-Fi generation, included nodes, Ethernet ports and speeds, wired-backhaul support, app features, and any subscription-dependent services. Coverage claims also depend on the home’s layout, building materials, interference, and where nodes can be placed.
- Wi-Fi 7 makes sense when your internet plan and devices can use its capabilities and you expect to keep the system for years.
- A lower-tier kit may be better value for a smaller home, slower broadband, or mostly Wi-Fi 6-era devices. A three-pack can be excessive in an apartment and still fail to cover a large or difficult layout.
- Check ongoing costs and control needs: determine whether the features you want require an eero subscription. Buyers who want extensive manual network configuration may prefer a system with more controls.
- Check the rest of your setup: confirm whether you need a modem separately, whether the kit can use wired backhaul, and whether it works with any existing eero devices as expected.

Bose QuietComfort: separate refurbished bargains from new-model discounts
The October 2025 roundup’s standout audio price was $149.99 for certified-refurbished Bose QuietComfort over-ear headphones at Woot. It reported a one-year Bose warranty, Prime shipping, and a $6 delivery charge for non-Prime shoppers. The same roundup listed certified-refurbished QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds and Bose Ultra Open Earbuds at about $160 each, with a reported one-year Bose warranty.
Those products serve different needs. Over-ear QuietComfort headphones are not a substitute for earbuds or open-ear listening, and the standard QuietComfort line is distinct from QuietComfort Ultra. Compare the features you will actually use—such as fit, noise cancellation, battery life, device switching, spatial-audio features, and, for earbuds, water resistance—rather than choosing by the shared name alone. Specifications and experience can vary by model and generation.
A separate June 2026 report listed QuietComfort Ultra headphones at $269, but does not establish whether the unit was new or refurbished or whether that offer remains available. Compare condition and warranty first; a lower refurbished price is not equivalent to the same price on a new unit.

- Confirm the product is explicitly certified refurbished and identify who performed the refurbishment.
- Check that the one-year Bose warranty applies to the specific item and purchase channel; do not assume a roundup’s terms carry over to a new listing.
