Samsung’s 3-in-1 Wireless Charger, model GP-PWU024, is a real accessory for charging a compatible Galaxy phone, Galaxy Watch and Galaxy Buds or Galaxy Ring in one place. The catch for Galaxy S25 owners: the phones support Qi2, but do not have built-in alignment magnets. To snap the phone onto the charger magnetically, you need a compatible magnetic case or accessory.
Which Samsung charger is it?
The product is Samsung’s 3-in-1 Wireless Charger, in the GP-PWU024 model family. The U.S. black variant is listed as GP-PWU024WIABU; regional suffixes differ. Samsung lists the charger on its U.S. product page and regional pages such as Australia’s.
It is easy to confuse this with Samsung’s older Wireless Charger Trio, model EP-P6300. That is a separate three-position charging pad, not the GP-PWU024 Qi2 product. Samsung lists the older model separately. Check the model number before buying if magnetic Qi2 alignment is the reason you want a Samsung charger.

What does “3-in-1” charge?
The three charging areas are intended for a compatible Galaxy smartphone, a Galaxy Watch, and Galaxy Buds or Galaxy Ring. Samsung’s regional compatibility listing names the Galaxy S25 series, selected Galaxy Watch generations, several Buds models and Galaxy Ring. Compatibility is device-specific, so check the listing for your exact model rather than assuming any Qi-enabled wearable will work.

Samsung’s Chile product listing provides examples of named compatible devices. Samsung’s general wireless-charging support page also discusses device-specific limitations; its notes about Wireless PowerShare should not be mistaken for a complete compatibility list for this dedicated charger.
Qi2 does not mean the S25 has magnets
Qi2 and magnetic attachment are related but not identical. The Galaxy S25 series supports Qi2 wireless charging, but the phones do not have built-in magnets for magnetic alignment. Samsung says a compatible magnetic cover is needed for the Magnetic Power Profile functionality; see its Qi2 support notice.

- Qi2 support: The phone can charge using the supported wireless-charging standard.
- Magnetic attachment: Requires a compatible magnetic case or accessory.
- Bare S25: It may charge when placed on a compatible surface, but it will not necessarily snap into position. Reliable alignment is less certain.
In other words, do not buy the charger expecting a bare S25 to attach magnetically. If you already use a Qi2-compatible magnetic case, check that it is compatible with your phone and does not interfere with charging. Samsung’s wireless-charging troubleshooting guidance warns that unsuitable covers can cause problems.

A launch-period report identified phone charging on the GP-PWU024 as up to 15W. That is a maximum, not a guaranteed or sustained rate; actual speed can vary with battery level, temperature, alignment, case and power input. The charger’s three-device design also does not mean each device receives its maximum rate simultaneously. Samsung’s S25 launch information covers the phones’ wireless charging support, while the 15W figure was reported by SamMobile.

Heat can reduce wireless-charging performance in general. If charging slows, check that the phone is centered, remove thick or metal accessories, and let an unusually warm phone cool before trying again. Do not treat a slower rate while charging multiple devices as proof of a defect.
What is included can vary by country. Samsung Germany’s listing describes a package with the charger, USB-C-to-USB-C cable, quick-start documentation and a 45W travel adapter. Do not assume that bundle applies elsewhere; check the box contents on the local product page before ordering.

Price and availability
A report from the S25 launch period put the GP-PWU024 at $129.99 in the U.S. That is a historical reported price, not a verified current price. Check Samsung’s local store for today’s price, stock and package contents; accessory availability and pricing change by market and over time.

The older EP-P6300 Wireless Charger Trio is a different product. Samsung’s U.S. listing gives it an $89.99 MSRP, but displayed prices and availability can change. It may suit someone seeking a conventional three-position Samsung charging pad, but it should not be bought as the S25’s Qi2 magnetic charger.

Is the GP-PWU024 worth considering?
- Good fit: You have an S25-series phone plus a compatible Galaxy Watch and Buds or Ring, want one charging spot, and are comfortable using a magnetic case.
- Less compelling: You only need to charge a phone, use a non-Samsung watch, prefer to use the S25 bare, or want the lowest-cost solution. A simpler pad or a two-device charger may be more practical.
- Check alternatives: If you need a travel-folding stand, independently adjustable positions, a higher-power wired setup or confirmed support for a particular wearable, compare the exact features and compatibility before buying.
The charger’s value rests on combining several compatible Galaxy devices in one spot—not on a promise of maximum speed for every device at once. Include the cost of a compatible magnetic case in your decision if you want the S25 to attach magnetically.

If a device will not charge
- Confirm the device model is listed as compatible for your country’s GP-PWU024 product page.
- Center the phone on its charging area. For magnetic alignment, use a compatible magnetic case.
- Remove cards, metal plates, thick wallet inserts and camera accessories between the phone and charger.
- Test each charging area separately, then try charging multiple devices.
- Check the phone’s wireless-charging settings and the charger’s power connection. Confirm that the local package includes the adapter you are using and follow Samsung’s regional instructions.
- If the charger repeatedly disconnects or becomes abnormally hot, stop using it and contact Samsung support.
