T-Mobile’s “free” iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch offer was a real 2025 holiday promotion, but it was announced as a Black Friday deal starting November 26—not a confirmed Cyber Monday 2026 offer. The devices were paid for through bill credits tied to qualifying plans, financing and, for the iPad and watch, additional service lines. As of August 18, 2026, treat that bundle as historical; check T-Mobile’s current offer terms before buying.
What T-Mobile’s holiday offer included
T-Mobile advertised the bundle as “on us,” meaning promotional credits were applied to financed devices over time. The three offers could be pursued separately; buying all three was not required. The terms below describe the 2025 holiday promotion, not a guarantee of what T-Mobile offers now. T-Mobile’s announcement set out the headline discounts and credit periods.

“Up to” is a cap, not a promise that every model in the product family was free. Any device price above the eligible promotional amount remained the customer’s responsibility.

Qualifying plan and customer route
T-Mobile’s announcement named Experience Beyond for new customers and Go5G Next for existing customers seeking the featured iPhone offer. Existing customers were included, but the announcement did not make the same deal universal across every T-Mobile plan. Do not assume that Essentials, Magenta, Go5G or Go5G Plus qualified for the iPhone 17 Pro offer.

Trade-in and financing
The promoted trade-in language included devices in any condition, but that did not mean every phone qualified: the trade-in still had to be on T-Mobile’s eligible-device list and meet the offer’s terms. Check the exact model in T-Mobile’s trade-in flow and confirm the offer displayed for the account before ordering. The iPhone also had to be financed through T-Mobile for the monthly credits to apply.
Exact line-addition and account-tenure rules may depend on the offer shown to an account. The public announcement alone does not establish every account-level condition, so rely on the full terms at checkout rather than assuming eligibility from the plan name alone.

What the iPad and Apple Watch required
iPad: add a tablet line
The iPad A16 promotion required a qualifying tablet or mobile-internet line, with credits spread over 36 months. That line is a recurring service commitment, not a free accessory bundled with a phone. If you would use the iPad only on Wi-Fi, compare the cost of the added line with buying the tablet outright; the line can make the “free” device more expensive overall.

The Apple Watch SE 3 promotion likewise required a qualifying watch line and used 36 monthly credits. The announcement confirms the line requirement but does not settle every model-level checkout detail. Before accepting, verify whether the exact watch is eligible, whether it must be cellular rather than GPS-only, whether it must pair with a qualifying voice line, and what the line costs. What “on us” did—and did not—cover
For the 2025 promotion, the iPhone credits ran for 24 months, while the iPad and watch credits ran for 36 months. T-Mobile’s announcement also disclosed taxes and a $35 device connection charge; “on us” did not mean zero due at checkout. Any down payment or portion of a device cost not covered by the promotion could also remain payable.
Credits could take up to two billing cycles to appear where the offer terms said so. Keep the order confirmation, trade-in receipt or shipping record, and a copy of the offer. The account had to remain eligible and in good standing. Cancelling service before credits finish can stop future credits and leave the remaining financed balance due; paying off a device early can also end its promotional credits.

How existing customers and switchers should verify eligibility
The 2025 announcement distinguished between new customers on Experience Beyond and existing Go5G Next customers for the featured iPhone trade-in offer. It did not establish that every existing customer qualified, or that a switcher automatically received all three devices. The iPad and watch each had their own added-line conditions, independent of whether the buyer also qualified for the phone offer.

- Confirm the plan and phone-line requirements shown for your account or new line.
- Select the specific iPhone and eligible trade-in, if the offer requires one; verify the trade-in model in T-Mobile’s flow.
- For an iPad or Apple Watch promotion, add the required qualifying line and check its recurring service charge.
- Review the financed device amount, promotional credit, taxes, connection charge, any upfront payment and the credit duration before submitting the order.
- Follow the stated trade-in deadline and retain proof of shipment or store drop-off.
- Check bills for the credits; allow up to two billing cycles if the offer terms specify that delay, then contact T-Mobile with your records if they do not appear.
Is the bundle still available?
The Apple bundle began November 26, 2025. It should not be described as a confirmed Cyber Monday 2026 promotion: Cyber Monday 2026 falls on November 30, and T-Mobile had not announced that future holiday offer as of August 18, 2026. T-Mobile’s Apple deals page and Black Friday page may show other current or upcoming promotions, but those do not prove that the 2025 bundle’s terms remain available. Check the live offer and its expiration date before making a decision.

When the deal made financial sense
The bundle was most attractive to someone who already wanted T-Mobile’s qualifying premium plan, needed cellular service for both an iPad and a watch, had an eligible trade-in, and expected to keep the account through the full credit periods. It was less compelling for someone who would add expensive service solely to obtain discounted hardware or might cancel, downgrade or pay off devices early.
Compare the total cost rather than the advertised device discount:
- T-Mobile route: qualifying phone plan, tablet line, watch line, taxes and fees, connection charge, and any device balance not covered by credits.
- Buy-direct route: unlocked Apple devices purchased directly or from another authorized retailer, plus the wireless plan you would otherwise keep.
If cellular iPad or watch service is not useful to you, consider pursuing only the phone offer if eligible—or buying the device outright. An unlocked iPhone from Apple avoids this particular carrier-credit commitment, though it also means giving up T-Mobile’s promotional credits.
