Ultrahuman’s Ring PRO is rated for up to 15 days per charge, but that is a manufacturer maximum, not a promise for every setting or wearer. Ultrahuman lists approximately 12 days in Turbo Mode and more than 15 days in Chill Mode. Its included case can raise total time away from an outlet to up to 45 days—but that figure combines the ring and case, not one ring charge.
What is the Ultrahuman Ring PRO?
Announced on February 27, 2026, the Ring PRO is Ultrahuman’s third-generation smart ring and its flagship above the lighter Ring AIR. It is designed to track sleep, recovery, activity, heart rate and temperature, with access to ring data available without a recurring subscription fee. The one-time purchase does not mean every product or service in Ultrahuman’s wider ecosystem is included.
The PRO adds a unibody titanium construction, a redesigned heart-rate sensing system, a dual-core processor with on-chip machine learning, and an included PRO Charging Case. Ultrahuman says the redesigned photoplethysmography (PPG) system is intended to improve signal quality, particularly during sleep and recovery; that is a company claim, not independent evidence of greater accuracy.
Does the Ring PRO really last 15 days?
Yes—as an “up to” rating from Ultrahuman. Its U.S. product page lists approximately 12 days in Turbo Mode and more than 15 days in Chill Mode, and says actual battery life varies with usage patterns, settings and environment. The headline figure therefore describes the ring in its lower-power mode, not a guaranteed result under every tracking pattern. Ultrahuman’s Ring PRO specifications do not establish how long a typical wearer will get between charges.

No independent long-duration test confirming the 15-day figure or documenting battery performance over months or years is available here. If battery endurance is the main reason you are considering the ring, treat the modes and maximum as manufacturer specifications rather than proven everyday performance.
What does the PRO Charging Case add?
Ultrahuman rates the ring itself for up to 15 days, and the ring-plus-case system for up to 45 days away from a wall outlet. The case is a portable way to recharge the ring during a trip; it does not turn the ring’s internal battery into a 45-day battery. The company also lists up to 250 days of on-device ring storage and up to one year of case storage. Those are capacity claims, not a guarantee that every metric or app feature will remain fully usable offline for that period.
- Ring charging: Magnetic UltraSnap charging.
- Case charging: USB-C or 5W Qi wireless charging.
- Case features: Ultrahuman lists an integrated speaker, in-app proximity tracking, LED battery indication, haptic confirmations and direct case connectivity for firmware updates and diagnostics.
For travel, the practical advantage is fewer charging interruptions and less need to carry a separate charging pad. The case’s endurance is most useful if you will actually be away from an outlet for extended periods.

Ring PRO vs. Ring AIR
These are Ultrahuman’s listed U.S. specifications and prices; prices and availability can change. The $130 difference is the arithmetic gap between the listed $479 PRO and $349 AIR prices, not a sale-adjusted comparison.

The PRO’s endurance, case, storage and processing are the main specification advantages. The trade-off is a ring Ultrahuman lists as thicker and heavier, as well as a higher price and fewer listed color choices. AIR colors are not enumerated in the comparison on the PRO product page; PRO colors are Raw Titanium, Aster Black, Bionic Gold and Space Silver.
What else is new in the hardware?
- Unibody titanium: Ultrahuman describes the material as “fighter jet-grade”; that is the company’s marketing language, not a separate engineering standard.
- Redesigned PPG sensing: Ultrahuman says the new system is intended to improve heart-rate signal quality. Real-world accuracy has not been independently established here.
- Dual-core processing and BLE 5.3: Listed on the product page, with on-chip machine learning and expanded data storage.
- ProRelease Technology: Ultrahuman says the design is easier to cut apart if a finger swells or is injured. It is not a substitute for urgent medical care; seek help rather than trying to remove a dangerously tight ring yourself.
- UltraSnap charging: Ultrahuman says the magnetic charging pins are designed to reduce heat compared with conventional wireless charging.
What health information does it track?
Ultrahuman describes Ring PRO as a wellness monitor for deep sleep, sleep and recovery, heart-rate data, temperature and movement measured by a six-axis inertial measurement unit. Its app features include Sleep Vitals, PowerPlugs and Longevity. These are wellness measurements and app tools, not evidence that the ring diagnoses conditions or replaces a clinician.

The ring can also connect with Ultrahuman’s broader ecosystem, including Jade, Blood Vision, M1 CGM and Ultrahuman Home. Those products are not required for basic ring operation.

Jade is Ultrahuman’s AI-powered health-intelligence platform, announced alongside Ring PRO. The company says it is rolling out globally and is designed to interpret data from Ring, Blood Vision, M1 CGM and Home products. Jade is software, not the source of the ring’s battery life. The usefulness of some insights depends on which products and data sources a user has; AI-generated guidance should not be treated as medical diagnosis or clinical care. Ultrahuman’s announcement describes the platform in the company’s own terms.
U.S. price and availability
Ultrahuman announced Ring PRO globally on February 27, 2026, initially excluding the United States. It opened U.S. pre-orders on March 24 after U.S. clearance. As of August 18, 2026, Ultrahuman’s U.S. shop listed the ring at $479, and the product page listed shipping as beginning August 15 onward. How sizing works
Ring PRO is listed in sizes 5 through 14, with no half sizes. Ultrahuman recommends using its sizing kit because the fit may differ slightly from standard U.S. ring sizing; the company says an existing Ring AIR size should fit PRO. A secure, comfortable fit matters for wearing and sensing, so do not assume a conventional ring size is automatically right. The sizing process may affect when the final ring ships.
Who should consider Ring PRO—and who should wait?
Ring PRO may suit you if
- You want longer intervals between charges or regularly travel away from outlets.
- You value the included case and expanded on-device storage.
- You want subscription-free access to ring data and are comfortable with the $479 U.S. listing.
- You prefer a titanium design and accept the listed increase in thickness and weight.
Ring AIR may be the better fit if
- You place a higher priority on a lighter, thinner ring and lower listed price than maximum battery endurance.
- Four-to-six days between charges is enough for your routine.
- You already own an AIR that works normally; a longer headline battery alone may not justify paying $130 more for the PRO.
- You want more color choices, based on Ultrahuman’s listed selection.
Consider waiting if
- You need independently verified battery life, sensor accuracy or long-term battery-degradation data before buying.
- You expect to use Turbo Mode and need to know how it performs in your own routine.
- You need certainty about delivery, return terms or trade-in value. Ultrahuman’s U.S. page states that its 30-night trial applies to Ring AIR; do not assume the same policy applies to PRO. Trade-in credit and eligibility can vary.
