Yes—Ultrahuman operates a smart-ring manufacturing facility in Plano, Texas. The company says the site began operating in November 2024 and is intended to supply U.S. demand. But that does not establish that every Ultrahuman ring worldwide is made in Texas, or that every part in a U.S.-made ring comes from the United States. Ultrahuman also reports manufacturing in Bangalore, India, and has not published a country-of-origin breakdown for ring components.
From a plan to an operating factory
Ultrahuman announced its Texas UltraFactory on April 23, 2024, describing it as a facility for making wearable rings and supporting U.S. customers. The company projected initial capacity of about 200,000 rings and said it planned to hire around 150 U.S. employees over the following 12 months. The company later said its Plano facility, operated in partnership with U.S.-based electronics manufacturer SVtronics, became operational in November 2024. On May 8, 2025, Ultrahuman said it was expanding Ring AIR production there, with a goal of eventually meeting 100% of U.S. Ring AIR demand from the Texas factory. Which Ultrahuman products are covered?
Ring AIR: This is the model for which the clearest production detail is available. Ultrahuman’s 2025 update specifically describes ramping up Ring AIR production in Plano and sets the goal of supplying U.S. demand from that site. The announcement does not spell out coverage by size or color.
Ring PRO: The 2026 U.S. announcement says Ultrahuman devices are manufactured in Plano, but does not provide a model-by-model explanation of the manufacturing process or sourcing. Treat it as a company statement about production, not a detailed disclosure of where each part is made.
Other products: A Texas ring factory is not evidence that Blood Vision, M2 Live, Home, or every product in Ultrahuman’s ecosystem is made in the United States.

Nor is Plano the company’s only manufacturing location. Ultrahuman’s 2024 annual report identifies UltraFactories in both Texas and Bangalore, India, and describes the Texas site as added to support production research and U.S. volumes. That matters: the claim is about a real U.S. manufacturing operation, not a wholesale move of all production to America.
What “made in the USA” does—and does not—tell you
Ultrahuman’s public announcements support the claim that rings are manufactured in Plano. They do not disclose the U.S. content of a ring or establish that every component is American-made. The published material does not give country-of-origin details for titanium, sensors, batteries, semiconductors, or circuit boards, or explain what share of production is component manufacture, assembly, and testing. It also does not provide an independently verified U.S.-content percentage or a country-of-origin determination.
Those distinctions are important. “Manufactured in the United States” is not automatically the same as “assembled in the United States,” “made with U.S. and imported components,” or “entirely made in the USA.” Ultrahuman’s statements establish the Texas manufacturing location more clearly than they establish where the materials and individual parts originate. The company also has Indian manufacturing operations, so buyers should not assume every ring sold in every market comes from Plano.

What might change for U.S. buyers?
Ultrahuman says local production is intended to improve shipping speed, service, reliability, supply-chain control, and the ability to refine manufacturing and products. Shorter domestic logistics routes and closer coordination between production and product teams are plausible benefits. The company’s stated aims, however, are not proof that every order arrives sooner, that quality is superior, or that all inventory is made locally.

Manufacturing location is only one part of a buying decision. Ultrahuman’s U.S. product presentation currently lists Ring AIR at $349 and Ring PRO at $479. Prices and availability can change; check the current product page before ordering.

Ultrahuman says core ring data access does not require a recurring subscription. That does not mean every feature or service is necessarily included at no extra cost: optional PowerPlugs may offer additional functionality under separate terms. Before you order
- Use the sizing kit. Ultrahuman says its ring sizing is specific to its products and does not directly match other smart-ring brands. The models are listed in whole sizes 5–14, without half sizes. A proper fit matters for comfort and sensor contact; consult the Ring AIR FAQ and current product page.
- Do not treat domestic production as a delivery guarantee. Ring PRO ordering information may show a sizing-kit step and changing shipment estimates. Those dates are order-page estimates, not a promise that applies to every buyer.
- Keep the health limitations in mind. Ultrahuman says Ring AIR is not a medical device. Use its readings for wellness context, not diagnosis or treatment decisions.
- Account for battery aging. Battery life depends on use and declines over time. Ultrahuman’s FAQ says battery-related replacement is not covered beyond the warranty period.
- Do not force a tight ring off. Finger size can fluctuate with heat, exercise, hydration, and other factors. Seek an appropriate way to remove a ring if swelling or injury makes it tight; Ring PRO advertises ProRelease technology for emergency removal, but this does not replace medical care when needed.
The accurate takeaway
Ultrahuman’s U.S. factory is no longer just an announced plan: the company says its Plano, Texas, UltraFactory is operational and is being used to make rings for the U.S. market. The strongest model-specific production detail is for Ring AIR; the Ring PRO announcement also says the company’s devices are manufactured in Plano. At the same time, Ultrahuman reports a Bangalore manufacturing operation and has not disclosed enough sourcing detail to support a claim that every ring, component, or product is wholly American-made.
