At 43 mm across and 14.94 mm thick, the listed dimensions are useful starting points when considering fit, but they cannot establish how the watch will feel on a particular wrist. Trying the exact bracelet configuration is the most reliable way to assess its presence and comfort.

On its alligator-strap product page, Breitling says all five calendar indications advance instantaneously from December 31 to January 1. That is the manufacturer’s description of the mechanism; it is not an independently tested observation. Breitling’s PB1921251B1P1 page explains the calendar indications.
A perpetual calendar is more complex to set and handle than a basic date display. For setup, adjustment and operating guidance, use the Navitimer B19 Chronograph 43 Perpetual Calendar instructions for use rather than improvising adjustments.
