GM-2100C is the utility branch of the metal-covered family, distinguished by its fabric band. Other GM-2100 references may use a resin band, so the suffix and full reference matter when comparing a listing or looking for a replacement band.

What to check before choosing one
- Confirm the full reference. The GM-2100C-5A and GM-2100CB references differ in color treatment, and dimensions or weight published for one should not automatically be assigned to another.
- Decide whether you want fabric or resin. The C utility variants listed by Casio use fabric bands; some other GM-2100 models use resin bands.
- Verify regional availability. A reference listed on Casio’s international series page may not be offered in every market.
- Check strap compatibility by exact model. Casio’s description of a slide lever does not establish that any third-party band fits every GM-2100 or GM-2100C. Confirm compatibility with the precise reference before ordering a replacement or alternate band.
