Watch the main films in release order
Release order preserves the franchise’s original reveals and is the simplest path for a first-time viewer. Universal’s Fast & Furious 10-Movie Collection confirms the ten-film main-saga lineup.

The shift comes from a mid-credits scene in Fast & Furious 6 that reframes events around Han’s death in Tokyo Drift. As Peacock explains in its chronology guide, the fourth, fifth and sixth films released take place before Tokyo Drift in the story.
What to watch after the main films
Fast & Furious Presents: Hobbs & Shaw (2019)
This standalone live-action spin-off follows Luke Hobbs and Deckard Shaw. It is optional if you only want the Dom-centered main saga. For a completionist story-order watch, Peacock places it after The Fate of the Furious and before F9.

Fast & Furious Spy Racers (2019)
Netflix describes this as a six-season animated series, with half-hour episodes, about Tony Toretto—Dom’s cousin—and his friends entering a secret street-racing circuit. It is aimed at younger viewers and is best treated as an optional extension, not a required chapter in the live-action viewing order. Netflix’s guide notes that availability can vary by region.
The announced Peacock series
Peacock announced on May 11, 2026 that a new, untitled Fast & Furious series was in development, with no premiere date set at the time. It is not yet a show to add to a watchlist as available viewing. The same announcement listed March 17, 2028 as the theatrical release date for Fast Forever, the twelfth film; treat that as a date announced at the time, not a guarantee that the schedule has not changed. Check availability in your region
Streaming catalogs change by date and location, so check the service directly before subscribing or planning a marathon. Peacock’s June 1, 2026 guide said its first three films and Fast X were available there; its May 11, 2026 announcement described Fast X as the one franchise film streaming on Peacock at that time. Because those official snapshots conflict, neither establishes the current catalog. Netflix’s guide also cautions that availability varies by region.
