Since its 2024 return, the Swiss brand has paired heritage revivals—including the Harpoon Revival—with new Deep Raider complications and 1737, a collection introduced with a Triple Calendar. This guide follows the official announcements through September 2026; it identifies the main families and releases without claiming a definitive count of every reference.
How Favre Leuba’s comeback has unfolded
Favre Leuba describes its relaunch as beginning in 2024, followed by milestone creations in 2025. In September 2025, the brand confirmed that it would make its debut at Watches and Wonders Geneva in 2026. The exhibition organizer listed the event dates as April 14–20, 2026. At the April 2026 event, Favre Leuba announced both a revived design—the Harpoon—and a new collection, 1737. Subsequent Deep Raider additions broadened the range with different displays, while a September collaboration introduced limited editions. The sequence makes the comeback a continuing program across several families, rather than a set of watches released all at once.
The new watches and collections, by family
Harpoon Revival: a return to a 1966 design
Announced at Watches and Wonders Geneva on April 14, 2026, the Harpoon Revival marks 60 years since the Harpoon’s 1966 debut, according to Favre Leuba. It is the clearest direct revival among the releases covered here: the name and anniversary explicitly connect the new watch to the original. The announcement establishes the heritage link, but the material available here does not support a detailed specification comparison with the 1966 model.

1737: a new pillar with a Triple Calendar
Also announced at Watches and Wonders Geneva in April 2026, the 1737 takes its name from Favre Leuba’s founding year and debuted with a Triple Calendar. The brand calls it its fifth collection pillar, after Chief, Deep Raider, Sea Sky, and Harpoon. Its introduction expands the range beyond the established family names; it is not presented as simply another Deep Raider variant.
Deep Raider: revival styling and added complications
Deep Raider remains the broadest set of new releases in the 2026 announcements. The Deep Raider Revival develops the brand’s diver-watch heritage, while the Power Reserve and Day Date add distinct displays to the family. A vibrant orange Revival reference adds a more conspicuous color option.

Favre Leuba’s September 2026 newsroom announcement also introduced three Deep Raider Revival editions made with Jean Rousseau. The collaboration totals 99 watches—33 in each of three executions—according to the partner’s announcement. Jean Rousseau identifies the strap materials as part of the collaboration; consult the Jean Rousseau announcement for its specific materials and execution details. The limited count applies to those collaborative editions, not to the Deep Raider Revival family as a whole.
Chief and Sea Sky: continuing collection pillars
Chief and Sea Sky are part of the collection landscape surrounding the comeback, though the releases summarized here do not establish a complete chronology of their new references. Favre Leuba’s current collection listing includes Chief Date and Chief Skeleton and Tourbillon families, alongside the Deep Raider lines. Sea Sky appears in the newsroom’s release coverage. Those names should be treated as distinct families, not folded into Deep Raider.

What the current collection names tell you
The official collection listing presents a broader range than the announcements alone. Its named families and subfamilies include Chief, Chief Skeleton and Tourbillon, Deep Raider Revival, Deep Raider Renaissance, Deep Raider Power Reserve, and Deep Raider Day Date. The newsroom also covers Harpoon and 1737 launches and Sea Sky releases. Taken together, these sources show both revived heritage designs and new collection or complication directions; they do not establish that every currently listed reference is a newly launched watch.
For readers comparing models, the most useful first distinction is purpose and display: a Day Date adds calendar information, a Power Reserve indicates remaining energy, and 1737’s debut uses a Triple Calendar. The names identify different families or variants, but the information cited here does not provide complete, comparable case dimensions, movements, water resistance, materials, or dial options across all references. Avoid inferring technical superiority from the collection names alone.

How to read the comeback
- For a direct heritage revival: the Harpoon Revival has the clearest anniversary link, tied by Favre Leuba to the 1966 original.
- For a diver-family variant: Deep Raider Revival continues the diving-watch line, while Day Date and Power Reserve emphasize different displays.
- For a new collection direction: 1737 is the fifth pillar identified by the brand and began with a Triple Calendar.
- For a limited collaboration: the Jean Rousseau editions are a specific 99-watch run, divided into three executions of 33.
Favre Leuba’s newsroom and current collection page are the best places to follow the chronology and check references as the range changes.
