Huawei launched the Watch Fit 3 in India on April 7, 2025. It combines a 1.82-inch AMOLED display, built-in GPS, Bluetooth calling, health tracking and a claimed battery life of up to 10 days. The original price was ₹14,999 for most versions and ₹15,999 for the Space Grey nylon model; marketplace listings seen in July–August 2026 were lower, at roughly ₹8,999–₹9,999 depending on seller and variant.
That discount makes the Watch Fit 3 worth considering for buyers who prioritise a light design, long endurance and phone-independent workout location tracking. The headline battery figure is a Huawei maximum-use estimate, however, not a promise of 10 days with daily GPS and the always-on display enabled.
Price and availability in India
Huawei’s Indian launch pricing was ₹14,999 MRP for the Midnight Black, Nebula Pink, Moon White and Green versions. The Space Grey version with a nylon strap carried a ₹15,999 MRP. Launch-period Amazon listings were reported at about ₹10,999.
Later marketplace signals were lower: a Flipkart listing showed ₹9,999 against a displayed ₹14,999 reference price, while Smartprix recorded a lowest available price of ₹8,999 on Flipkart in July 2026. These are time-sensitive marketplace prices, not a permanent official Huawei India price. Check the exact colour and strap, seller identity, warranty, return terms and delivery status before paying.

Display and design
The rectangular 1.82-inch AMOLED panel has a 480 × 408 resolution and 347 ppi density. Its shape provides useful room for notifications, workout metrics and health graphs, while AMOLED offers strong contrast and individually lit pixels. Huawei and launch coverage quote up to 1,500 nits, but that is a peak-brightness specification rather than an independently measured sustained full-screen result.

The aluminium-alloy case measures 43.2 × 36.3 × 9.9 mm. Huawei quotes approximately 26 g for the watch body without a strap, so the weight on your wrist will be higher. Depending on colour and regional configuration, straps include leather, nylon and fluoroelastomer. Listed wrist ranges are approximately 120–190 mm for the white leather and pink versions and 130–210 mm for other listed versions.
A rotating crown and separate function button give it a more conventional watch interface than a basic fitness band. Leather and metal-style straps should not be used for swimming or heavy sweat; choose a suitable water-resistant strap instead.
GPS, workouts and health tracking
Built-in GPS lets the Watch Fit 3 record outdoor routes without relying on a phone’s location sensor. That confirms GPS hardware support, not a guarantee of sports-watch-level accuracy, route guidance or performance in dense urban areas. No independent accuracy test is established here.

Launch coverage reports more than 100 workout modes and automatic recognition for six exercise types. The watch also tracks heart rate, blood oxygen (SpO₂), sleep through Huawei TruSleep, stress, breathing exercises, steps, activity and calories, and women’s-cycle information. Huawei describes pulse-wave arrhythmia analysis and possible atrial-fibrillation alerts in supported markets and software versions.
- These measurements are wellness and screening tools, not medical diagnoses.
- SpO₂, heart-rate and sleep readings are not equivalent to measurements from clinical equipment.
- Arrhythmia features depend on regional availability, software and the intended use stated by Huawei.
Battery life: what “up to 10 days” means
Huawei’s published figures separate three usage profiles:
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errors2Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minute3Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problems| Usage profile | Claimed endurance |
|---|---|
| Maximum-use scenario | Up to 10 days |
| Typical-use scenario | Up to 7 days |
| Always-on display enabled | Up to 4 days |
The 10-day maximum-use test includes limited Bluetooth calling and music playback, 90 minutes of GPS exercise per week, notifications and 200 screen activations per day. Huawei’s typical-use scenario adds more exercise, automatic SpO₂ and stress detection. GPS every day, frequent calls, many notifications, continuous health sensing and an always-on display can reduce endurance substantially. Huawei also says environmental conditions affect results.

The watch uses magnetic charging pins. Launch coverage attributed a claim to Huawei that around 10 minutes of charging can provide a day’s power; that is a manufacturer/launch claim rather than an independent measurement.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone.Android and iPhone compatibility
Huawei lists support for Android 8.0 or later, HarmonyOS 2 or later and iOS 13 or later. Bluetooth calling is shown as supported across Android, HarmonyOS and iOS, but the experience is not identical on every platform.
- Local music storage is available on Android and HarmonyOS, not iOS.
- Voice-assistant functions have additional phone and platform requirements, including Huawei-phone requirements for some Android features.
- Watch faces, NFC, camera control and research-related health functions can vary by operating system and phone model.
iPhone owners should therefore treat the Watch Fit 3 as a long-battery fitness and notification watch, not assume full parity with Android. Check Huawei’s compatibility table for the specific phone and feature you need.

NFC is variant- and market-dependent
Huawei’s cited regional specification lists NFC for particular configurations, notably the white leather and grey nylon versions. NFC is not universal across every colour or strap combination, and the documentation does not establish universal Indian contactless payments, transit support or banking compatibility. Verify the exact variant and intended service before buying.
What 5 ATM water resistance allows
The Watch Fit 3 is rated 5 ATM. Huawei describes that as suitable for shallow-water activities such as pool or coastal swimming. It is not a diving rating and should not be interpreted as permission to descend 50 metres: the number refers to static pressure in a test, not real-world movement and water impact.
- Avoid diving, deep-water activities and high-speed water.
- Do not use it in hot showers, hot springs or saunas.
- Water resistance can decline with wear, impact and ageing.
- Leather and metal straps are unsuitable for swimming and heavy sweat.
Huawei’s guidance is available in its water-resistance support article and specifications.
Who should buy the Huawei Watch Fit 3?
Good fit
- Buyers who want a lightweight aluminium watch with a large AMOLED display.
- People who need built-in GPS for outdoor walks, runs or rides.
- Android users seeking Bluetooth calling and Huawei Health tracking.
- iPhone users satisfied with notifications, workouts and health features despite platform restrictions.
- Shoppers who can find the watch near the ₹9,000–₹11,000 marketplace range with credible warranty coverage.
Look elsewhere if
- You need maps, advanced training load or recovery analytics for serious endurance sport.
- You require LTE independence, a broad third-party app ecosystem or deep messaging and smart-home integration.
- You need guaranteed NFC payments in India.
- You dive, use high-pressure water or expect medical-grade monitoring.
Verdict
At a verified street price around ₹9,000–₹11,000, the Huawei Watch Fit 3 is a sensible buy for battery life, a sharp AMOLED screen, lightweight construction and built-in GPS. The value case weakens if the seller’s warranty is unclear, if you need iPhone features such as local music, or if you expect Wear OS/Apple Watch-level apps, payments, LTE or advanced sports analysis. Treat the 10-day figure as a controlled maximum, not normal daily-GPS endurance.
