IFL says the 500-piece edition has a hand-painted honeycomb dial, golden honey-drop details and a bee-shaped seconds hand. It is not a factory Bulova special edition: IFL says it bought the watch at retail and modified it, and Bulova does not authorize or endorse the customization.
What is the Bulova Super Seville Honeycomb?
It is an IFL Watches customization of the stainless-steel Bulova Super Seville 96B439, rather than a separate model made by Bulova. IFL says it purchased the original watch at retail, then opened and modified it, including replacing or modifying the dial. Its disclosure says the work is not performed, authorized or endorsed by Bulova. IFL’s product page identifies the base reference and describes the custom work.
IFL describes the release as a 500-piece worldwide limited edition. That is the seller’s stated run; the available sources do not independently verify the production count.
What changes on the Honeycomb edition?
The central change is the dial: IFL describes it as hand-painted with a honeycomb texture and golden honey-drop details. A custom seconds hand shaped like a flying bee completes the theme. IFL says each honey-drop pattern is unique.

Fratello’s launch coverage notes that the custom dial removes the hour markers, Bulova logo, date and minute track, leaving the artwork without those usual dial elements. Bulova describes the Super Seville collection as vintage-inspired, drawing on the 1970s Super Seville Day-Date, with a TV-shaped case. Its collection description associates the 262 kHz crystal with a fluid sweeping seconds hand. Those are descriptions of the standard collection, not independent accuracy-test results for the Honeycomb customization. Bulova’s 96B439 page identifies the standard green-dial, stainless-steel-bracelet model, while its Super Seville collection page gives the collection context.

IFL’s table uses the label “Seconds per year accuracy” in the field where a conventional specification table might give power reserve. That is not a power-reserve duration, so it should not be read as one. The listed 30 m / 3 bar water resistance is a specification only; there is no documented practical water-resistance test here to establish suitability for swimming.

What warranty does IFL state?
IFL says the watch arrives in original manufacturer packaging with an IFL sleeve and includes a two-year IFL warranty covering dial installation, craftsmanship and functional performance. The same product page says the manufacturer warranty does not apply after third-party modification. These are IFL’s published terms; confirm the applicable warranty wording with the seller before purchase.
No documented hands-on test or independent real-world assessment of this custom watch’s accuracy, wear or water resistance is established in the cited coverage. IFL’s listed movement frequency and water-resistance rating should therefore be treated as specifications rather than independently verified performance findings.
