What is the Artem Loop-less HydroFlex strap?
It is a rubber watch strap built around a folding deployant clasp rather than the pin buckle and keepers used on a conventional strap. You set the fit, then open and close the clasp to put the watch on or take it off. Artem presents the Loop-less design as a way to avoid a loose strap tail.
Artem describes HydroFlex as dual-stage vulcanised FKM rubber, and specifies that it is waterproof and fully vegan. Those are manufacturer descriptions; the available coverage does not establish independent waterproof testing or long-term durability. Fratello’s March 3, 2025 video described the design as “the look of sailcloth with the performance of FKM rubber” and said the strap is made from a single piece of molded FKM rubber. Fratello’s February 7, 2025 launch article contrasted the Loop-less HydroFlex with conventional pin-buckle HydroFlex straps and described earlier Loop-less Sailcloth straps as more structured. Author Michael Stockton disclosed that Artem sent sample straps to the publication and that he had worn one for several days. How do I choose the right lug width and strap length?
Match the strap to the watch
Measure the distance between the inside edges of the watch’s lugs, then select the matching lug-width option. Also check the taper: the strap narrows toward the clasp, and the clasp-end width must be compatible with the clasp you plan to use. Artem’s UK product page lists a thickness taper from 5.4mm to 2.2mm and these lug-width/taper combinations:

Choose a length using your wrist measurement
Measure your wrist circumference and use Artem’s stated ranges as a starting point:

Does the Artem Loop-less HydroFlex come with the clasp?
Do not assume it does. The surfaced UK product listing sells the Loop-less deployant clasp separately, while the US product page shows an optional clasp. Check the exact listing and selected configuration, then verify the clasp width matches the strap’s tapered end. Include the clasp in your total cost if it is not bundled with your strap.
What does it cost, and what are the terms?
At the time these listings were surfaced, Artem’s US collection page showed strap variants at $248, and the US product page showed the optional clasp at $87. The surfaced UK product page listed the strap at £199. These are region-specific listed prices, not a promise of current pricing; taxes, shipping, availability, and terms can change. The UK page stated a two-year warranty, worldwide shipping, and 30-day returns. Check the storefront serving your location for current terms and exclusions.

Who is the Loop-less HydroFlex for?
The closure is the main reason to choose this version: it replaces a pin buckle and keepers with a folding deployant system intended to keep the strap tail out of the way. It may suit someone who wants that closure and a rubber strap with a sailcloth-like appearance, as Fratello characterized it. It is less straightforward for buyers who want a conventional buckle or expect the clasp to be included. Confirm fit, clasp compatibility, and full order cost before choosing it over a standard HydroFlex strap.
