What is the Seiko 5 Sports x Kentaro Yoshida collaboration?
“Time Goes by Forever” is a Seiko Australia presentation developed with artist Kentaro Yoshida. Seiko says it commissioned Yoshida to create original artwork inspired by natural cycles, expressed through three subjects: clouds and sky, sun, moon and beach, and wild plants and flowers. The brand also says Yoshida’s signature skull and skeleton motifs appear in the watches. See Seiko Australia’s collection page.
Seiko Australia describes Yoshida as originally from a small fishing village in Toyama, Japan, moving to Australia at 18 and now living and working on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. Its biography says his practice spans traditional and digital media, including hand-painted art, murals and watercolour. Those details are the brand’s account.

Edition quantity, presentation and availability
Seiko Australia states that 500 pieces are available for each model. It also describes a case back engraved with Yoshida’s signature logo and a limited-edition tin box matched to each artwork’s colour theme.
