That is a reported listing price—not a confirmed sale. Coverage describes a roughly 24,600-square-foot estate with elaborate entertaining and wellness amenities, though published bedroom and bathroom counts conflict.
What is known about the listing?
Realtor.com reported the $57 million asking price and September 29, 2026 listing date. TheGrio also reports a $57 million price. Architectural Digest’s headline rounds the figure to $60 million, but its article text says $57 million. None of these reports says the property has sold.
The reports describe a home of about 24,600 square feet. Realtor.com gives the more precise figure of 24,592 square feet; TheGrio rounds it to approximately 24,500. These are figures reported in coverage, not measurements independently verified here. Realtor.com and TheGrio differ on the room count:
- Realtor.com: nine bedrooms and 15 bathrooms.
- TheGrio: eight bedrooms and 12 bathrooms.
The available coverage does not resolve that discrepancy, so neither count should be treated as a settled consensus.

What does the estate reportedly include?
Realtor.com’s account of the listing describes a private study, chef’s kitchen with butler’s pantry, family room, terraces, gym, steam shower, home theater, game room, music hall, wine cellar and pool. The reported primary suite includes a fireplace, deck, dual bathrooms, walk-in closets, a sitting room, and massage and salon rooms. These are listing features as relayed by the publication, not independently inspected details.
The listing describes the property as an “extraordinary expression of privacy, security, and exclusivity.” Realtor.com also reproduces promotional language calling it a “trophy property”; those phrases are the seller’s marketing, not an independent assessment of the home.

Is the Puerto Rico move the reason for the sale?
TheGrio reports that Perry planned to move to Puerto Rico at the beginning of 2027 and reduce his workload. Realtor.com quotes listing agent Santiago Arana saying Perry is “spending less and less time” in California. The reporting places the planned move alongside the listing, but does not establish it as the definitive reason Perry is selling this home.
