No specific OMEGA watch has been verified as spotted at Archerfield Golf Course. What can be confirmed is the venue’s golf setting, OMEGA’s documented golf-themed Seamaster Aqua Terra, and an undated online review snippet that mentions an OMEGA invitation but does not establish an event or identify a watch.
Was an OMEGA watch spotted at Archerfield?
There is no confirmed local watch sighting in the available evidence: no dated photograph, named attendee account, or event record identifies a particular OMEGA at Archerfield. The distinction matters because OMEGA’s wider golf material and a golf-themed watch establish a connection between the brand and the sport, not a sighting at this course.
A Wanderlog listing reproduces an undated Google review that says, “Great golf course and practice facilities, it was really nice to be invited by Omega to play here.” This is an unverified review snippet, not a primary event announcement. It gives no event date, attendee details, or watch reference, so it cannot confirm who attended or what anyone wore. Wanderlog’s East Lothian listings provide the snippet, but not independent verification.

Scotland’s Golf Coast profiles Archerfield Dirleton as an 18-hole, par-72 course designed by DJ Russell. It lists the white-tee length as 6,946 yards and the red-tee length as 5,393 yards, and advises visiting parties to book in advance. These are published course details, rather than evidence of any OMEGA event. Check the regional course profile for current visitor and booking information.
Which OMEGA is specifically styled for golf?
OMEGA’s product page documents the Seamaster Aqua Terra 150M Golf Edition, reference 231.10.42.21.02.004. The listed specifications are a 41.5 mm steel case, calibre 8500 automatic movement, 60-hour power reserve, and 150-metre water resistance. These are the manufacturer’s published specifications, not an independent assessment. OMEGA’s product page currently marks the model “Sorry, but this watch is no longer available.” That is the status shown by OMEGA on that page; it does not establish whether pre-owned or marketplace examples exist.

What does OMEGA’s golf coverage establish?
OMEGA’s “The Golf Watch Leaderboard” places its watches and golf ambassadors in a PGA Championship context and names a golf-themed Aqua Terra collection. It supports the broader association between OMEGA and golf, but does not connect a watch or ambassador to Archerfield. See OMEGA’s golf feature.
A separate, clearly documented example of OMEGA watch spotting comes from the 2021 Open Championship: Hodinkee reported on July 19, 2021, that Collin Morikawa wore an OMEGA Speedmaster ’57 after his win and explained the visual identification. That report concerns a different golfer and event; it is not evidence of a sighting at Archerfield. Read the Hodinkee report.

What would confirm an Archerfield sighting?
A reliable identification would need a dated image or an event record with clear provenance, such as material from Archerfield, OMEGA, or an identifiable attendee. Without that, the defensible conclusion is limited: OMEGA has a documented golf-themed Aqua Terra and broader golf-related brand material, while the surfaced invitation comment does not prove a particular event or watch at Archerfield.
