Refund policy

This policy covers every payment made on WatchRanker's order pages: a listing, a numbered place on a list, a place beside another entry, a list's sponsorship, a featured spot, Page Protection, a place or a link in a story, a guest post and an editorial review. WatchRanker is run by Yorker Media, a sole proprietorship of Ratnesh Kumar, registered in India (Udyam registration number UDYAM-BR-13-0027076), based in Gopalganj, Bihar, India.

Before it is live

You can cancel an order at any time before we list or publish it, and you get a full refund. If we cannot deliver what we agreed, you get a full refund. A listing that is not live within two business days of its payment is refunded in full when you ask.

Once it is live

Once a listing, a place or a review is live, it is not refunded. If we take a monthly or yearly place down for a reason of our own before its paid period ends, we refund the unused part.

Charged twice, or too much

If you were charged twice, or more than the price on the order page, we refund the extra in full.

How to ask

Write to [email protected] with your order number (it starts WR-) and the reason. We reply within two business days.

How the money comes back

An approved refund goes back the way you paid — a card payment to the same card — within seven business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to show it.

Please write to us before you dispute a payment with your bank: it is usually faster. If a payment is charged back, the place it paid for comes down.

Law

This policy and our terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Disputes go to the courts of Gopalganj, Bihar.
