Casio’s CA-500WEBF is a limited-edition calculator watch made for Back to the Future’s 40th anniversary. Casio’s European announcement gives the CA-500WEBF-1AER a 22 October 2025 release date and a €119.00 recommended retail price; the 21 October date belongs to another market’s launch timing, not a worldwide release.
What is the Casio CA-500WEBF?
The CA-500WEBF is Casio’s CA-500 calculator-watch platform redesigned as a collaboration celebrating the 40th anniversary of the 1985 film Back to the Future. Casio describes the international model as CA-500WEBF-1A, while its European announcement uses the regional suffix CA-500WEBF-1AER.
The project was created with Universal Products & Experiences. Casio UK senior marketing campaign manager Warren Halliwell called it “a real passion project.”
Launch date and regional model names
Release timing depends on the market. Casio Europe says sales begin on 22 October 2025. A 21 October date reported for the product refers to launch timing in another market, so it should not be treated as a global release date.

Casio’s European recommended retail price is €119.00. Wallpaper reports a UK price of £115. These are regional figures, so the amount charged in another country, including taxes or retailer adjustments, may differ. Check the local Casio site or an authorised retailer for the current price.
