Introduced on 1 April 2025, the Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso Tribute Geographic puts a manually wound, fully in-house world-time movement and a Grande Date into the swivelling Reverso case. It comes in stainless steel or 18k pink gold, with the pink-gold version limited to 150 pieces. The front shows local time, small seconds and a large date; the reverse shows a map and a 24-hour world-time ring.
What is new about the Reverso Tribute Geographic?
Jaeger-LeCoultre describes the watch as a contemporary reinterpretation of the Reverso Géographique introduced in 1998. It uses the Reverso architecture created in 1931—one case that swivels in its cradle—to assign a distinct function to each side.
- Front: hours, minutes, small seconds and Grande Date.
- Reverse: a world map and 24-hour world-time indication.
- Movement: manually wound Calibre 834, designed, produced and assembled entirely in-house for this model.
- Materials: stainless steel or 18k pink gold; the pink-gold edition is limited to 150 pieces.
The steel model pairs a blue sunray front dial with a blue-lacquer reverse. The case has polished and brushed surfaces typical of the Tribute line while retaining the rectangular proportions that define the Reverso.

Front: time, seconds and Grande Date
The front dial is the everyday reading side. Hours and minutes occupy the main dial, a small-seconds subdial sits below, and the Grande Date is displayed through two adjacent date discs.

Reverse: world time without a moving city ring
The reverse display keeps the city names fixed and rotates the 24-hour ring around the engraved map. A pusher hidden between the lugs advances the indication by one hour per press. This arrangement lets the wearer set the reference hour while preserving the clean, stationary city scale: align the required city with the current hour, then read the corresponding times around the ring.
Because the pusher changes the indication in one-hour jumps, it is suited to adjusting for time-zone differences without turning the crown through a long correction cycle. The case must be handled carefully while using the concealed control, as with any recessed or between-the-lug pusher.

Calibre 834: specifications and the Grande Date mechanism
Calibre 834 is a new, manually wound movement developed specifically for the Reverso Tribute Geographic. Jaeger-LeCoultre lists a 42-hour power reserve, 209 components, 18 jewels, a 21,600-vibrations-per-hour frequency and a movement thickness of 6.07 mm.

Why the date is unusual
A conventional large date often stacks discs vertically. In the confined rectangular Reverso case, Jaeger-LeCoultre instead places two small discs side by side so both numerals sit on one plane. The company says its engineers developed and patented this disc shape in 2021 under patent CH715152.

Case size, water resistance and wrist presence
The published steel-case dimensions are 49.4 mm long, 29.9 mm wide and 11.14 mm thick. Water resistance is rated at 3 bar. Those measurements include the elongated Reverso profile rather than describing a conventional round-watch diameter, so the watch will occupy substantial horizontal space despite its relatively narrow width.

A 3-bar rating is intended for everyday splashes, not swimming or deliberate water exposure. The swivelling case should also be fully closed and correctly seated before the watch encounters moisture.

Map construction and finishing
The miniature world map is laser engraved or created by laser-cut hollows, then filled by hand with lacquer. Multiple polishing stages give the map a subtly three-dimensional appearance rather than a flat printed graphic. This work is on the reverse, where the world-time display turns the protected caseback side into the watch’s functional travel-time interface.

The steel version is the easier choice for a lower-key, daily-wear presence; pink gold supplies a warmer, more formal look and is substantially scarcer because of the 150-piece limit. Exact retail pricing and stock depend on market and date and were not given in the cited official material.
Which straps fit the Reverso Tribute Geographic?
Each version is supplied with interchangeable Casa Fagliano straps. The steel watch includes one leather-and-canvas strap and one calf-leather strap. The pink-gold watch includes golden-tan calfskin and black alligator.
The launch information does not state a universal lug width, spring-bar specification or clasp interface. Before buying an aftermarket strap, verify those measurements against the exact case and confirm that the strap clears the Reverso cradle and works with the supplied clasp. A generic strap sized only by apparent width may not fit correctly.
Price and availability
Jaeger-LeCoultre announced the Reverso Tribute Geographic on 1 April 2025. The official pages cited for the launch confirm the steel reference Q714845J and the 150-piece pink-gold limitation, but do not publish a universal retail price or a current, market-by-market stock list. Prospective buyers should therefore obtain a quotation from Jaeger-LeCoultre or an authorized retailer in their country; taxes, currency and allocation can change the final figure.
