Huawei announced a suggested starting price of R$1,199, with 41 mm and 46 mm versions, AMOLED displays, more than 100 workout modes, health tracking and Bluetooth calling. That is the historical launch price—not a confirmed August 2026 retail price.
Brazil launch, price and availability
Brazilian presale coverage reported a launch promotion at R$1,199 until October 31, 2023, with shipping expected in October. Huawei’s later Brazilian material also listed the watch from R$1,199. The launch channels included Amazon Brazil, KaBuM, Mercado Livre and other marketplace listings. See the original announcements from Tecnoblog and Huawei’s Brazilian release.
Prices varied with case size, strap, color, seller and import status. A later Mercado Livre promotion showed configuration-specific discounts, but those were temporary and do not establish a current 2026 price. Check the Brazilian product page, Amazon storefront or Huawei’s official Mercado Livre store for live stock, seller and warranty information.

Features and health tracking
The GT 4 combines a round AMOLED watch with heart-rate, blood-oxygen, sleep, stress and menstrual-cycle tracking. Huawei lists GPS/location tracking, running plans, workout reports, calorie-management tools under StayFit, notifications, Bluetooth calls and quick replies. Product material advertises more than 100 workout modes and over 25,000 watch faces, including free and paid designs whose availability varies by region. Details are described in Huawei’s Brazilian product information.
Some functions can flag possible irregular heart-rhythm or abnormal-breathing indicators. These are wellness alerts and screening-oriented features, not diagnoses. Huawei states that the watch is not a medical device and that readings are for reference.

Battery life: what “up to two weeks” means
Huawei’s up to 14 days figure applies to the 46 mm model under a specified low-intensity profile: limited weekly Bluetooth calling and audio playback, sleep tracking, about 90 minutes of GPS exercise per week, notifications and roughly 200 screen activations daily. Huawei’s published normal-use figure for that model is up to eight days, falling to up to four days with Always-On Display enabled.
For the 41 mm version, Huawei lists up to seven days under its maximum-use profile, up to four days in another stated profile and up to two days with Always-On Display. Frequent GPS sessions, calls, music, continuous measurements, many notifications and a bright screen will reduce endurance. The full conditions are listed on Huawei’s specification page.

Android and iPhone compatibility
The watch supports phones running Android 8.0 or later and iOS 13.0 or later, using the Huawei Health ecosystem for pairing, settings, watch faces and health history. Compatibility does not mean identical functionality: Huawei’s Brazilian material identifies the intelligent assistant and quick-reply function as Android-only. Notifications and other services can also depend on operating-system permissions, app version and region. Confirm the specific functions you need before buying for an iPhone.
Water resistance and swimming
The 5 ATM rating is appropriate for shallow-water activities such as pool or sea swimming. It is not a diving rating and is not intended for high-speed water sports or deep submersion. Huawei’s technical explanation is included in its regional specifications.

Buying a GT 4 in Brazil in 2026
The GT 4 is now an older generation. It makes the most sense when discounted substantially and when long battery life, a round design and broad exercise tracking matter more than the newest software or ecosystem features. Huawei’s newer GT 6 entered Brazilian presale in October 2025 from R$1,999 for the GT 6 and R$2,499 for the GT 6 Pro; those are historical launch prices, not confirmed August 2026 prices. The newer line adds features such as wrist-based cycling power metrics. See Huawei’s announcement at Huawei Brazil.
If a GT 4 listing approaches the price of a newer Huawei model, the newer model is generally the more defensible purchase. iPhone owners seeking deep Apple integration and third-party apps should consider Apple Watch; buyers prioritizing Google services and a broad app catalog should examine Wear OS alternatives. Those ecosystems usually involve different battery trade-offs.

Marketplace checklist
- Confirm the seller’s identity and whether the watch is domestic Brazilian stock or an import.
- Require a Brazilian invoice, clear warranty provider and a practical return policy.
- Verify 41 mm or 46 mm size, strap material, color and included accessories.
- Check that the model is not a China-market version with regional service limitations.
- Confirm Portuguese documentation and compatibility with the Huawei Health app available in your region.
Verdict
The Huawei Watch GT 4 did launch in Brazil, but that event was in October 2023. In 2026 it remains a sensible battery-first buy only at a convincing discount and with dependable Brazilian warranty support. The 46 mm model is the endurance choice; the 41 mm model is better for smaller wrists. Android users generally get the fuller feature set, while iPhone buyers should verify limitations before ordering. Treat health measurements as wellness information, and treat every “up to” battery figure as a usage-dependent maximum.
