Vacheron Constantin presents The Celestial as a collection of 12 references, one for each Western zodiac sign. Each dial pairs the sign’s figurative depiction with its constellation, making the series a display of decorative craft as much as a set of zodiac-themed watches. The official collection overview describes the dials as hand-guilloché and set with diamonds.
The featured Aries model is reference 6007A/000G-H042. Its official product page specifies a 39 mm white-gold case, a sunburst satin-finished blue dial and a dark-blue alligator strap. Those details identify the Aries example, not necessarily every reference in the series.
How is the dial decorated?
Hand-guilloché zodiac figure
The zodiac figure is formed from numerous small triangles engraved with dense, straight lines. Vacheron Constantin says the lines change orientation from one section to the next, producing the figure through variations in texture and light. The maker estimates that engraving one sign takes about 16 hours.

Diamond-set constellation
Diamonds mark the stars of the constellation against the blue dial. The figure and the star pattern therefore use different visual techniques: the sign is rendered in guilloché, while its constellation is picked out with stones.
Sapphire-set white-gold case
Blue baguette-cut sapphires decorate the bezel, crown, lugs and buckle. The collection overview states 96 sapphires weighing approximately 4.41 carats in total and says gem-setting takes 27 hours. The Aries product page instead lists 112 blue baguette-cut sapphires totaling 4.41 carats. Because the official pages give different counts, the number should be treated as page-specific rather than presented as a settled count for the whole series.

What movement does it use?
The series uses Vacheron Constantin Calibre 2160, a self-winding movement with a tourbillon. The collection overview lists 188 parts, a movement thickness of 5.65 mm and a frequency of 2.5 Hz, or 18,000 vibrations per hour. For the Aries reference, the product page gives an 80-hour power reserve and 30 jewels. These are manufacturer specifications, not independent performance-test results.
The tourbillon carriage also serves as the Aries watch’s small-seconds display. A transparent sapphire caseback exposes the movement, and the Aries reference is certified with the Geneva Seal.
