What changed in the 2025 PrimaLuna redesign?
In its August 28, 2025 launch announcement, Longines described the redesign in terms of refined case proportions, a date display incorporated into the moonphase complication, and gem-setting work. Those are the brand’s descriptions of the collection update; they should not be read as specifications shared by every PrimaLuna reference.
The launch also highlighted a blue mother-of-pearl model whose bezel is set with 48 sapphires. That detail belongs to the featured model, not to the entire range.
Which PrimaLuna watches are available?
Longines’ current collection catalog spans automatic and quartz watches, including moonphase variants. References differ in case size, steel or gold-cap materials, dial treatment, and bracelet or strap. The collection name alone therefore does not tell you which movement, complication, or finish a watch has.

Compare the exact reference across these points before choosing:
- Movement and complication: Check whether the watch is automatic or quartz, and whether that particular model includes a moonphase display.
- Case diameter: Sizes vary across the collection. Use the listed diameter as a starting point, then consider how the case and bracelet or strap wear on your wrist.
- Dial and gem treatment: Dial materials and colors differ; gem-setting is a model-specific feature.
- Bracelet or strap: Confirm the fitted option on the reference page rather than assuming all watches use the same configuration.
- Price and region: Check the price shown for your country and the exact reference. Catalog prices and availability can change.
What are the specifications of one current automatic model?
One example is reference L8.113.4.71.6, listed on Longines’ US product page as a 30 mm automatic steel watch with a date display, up to 45 hours of power reserve, and 3 bar water resistance. These specifications apply to that reference, not to every 2025 PrimaLuna.

Longines listed this reference at $2,000 on its US page when accessed on October 4, 2026. This is a displayed US price for one model at that time—not a universal price for the collection. Verify the current price, stock, and reference on the local Longines site or with an authorized retailer.

Longines’ international warranty document states that mechanical watches purchased from January 1, 2021 receive five years of coverage from the purchase date, subject to the document’s terms. It also describes a 24-month warranty for all Longines watch models. Read the current warranty certificate for the applicable conditions, and use an official Longines dealer or approved service center for servicing, as the manufacturer directs.
