The Fitbit Inspire 3 is available for around $80 at U.S. retailers, down from a comparable $99.95 price. Best Buy lists the Midnight Zen model for $79.95, while Walmart lists select colors for $79.00 to $79.95. At that price, its up-to-10-day battery estimate and everyday activity, heart-rate and sleep tracking make it a compelling starter tracker—if you do not need built-in GPS or full smartwatch features. Prices and stock can change; check the selected color and seller before checkout.

What the Inspire 3 does—and what it does not
The Inspire 3 is a slim fitness tracker, not a full smartwatch. It covers everyday movement and wellness, with a color AMOLED touchscreen, phone notifications and Fitbit’s tracking tools. Its main features include:
- All-day activity tracking, 24/7 heart-rate monitoring, more than 20 exercise modes, automatic exercise tracking and Active Zone Minutes.
- Sleep tracking and Sleep Score, Sleep Profile, sleep mode and a vibrating Smart Wake alarm.
- Stress Management and Daily Readiness scores, plus blood-oxygen and skin-temperature-related metrics. Availability and details can vary; these are wellness features, not medical diagnosis.
- Smartphone call, text and app notifications, Find My Phone and menstrual-health tracking.
- Water resistance to 50 meters. That is not a promise that it is suitable for every water activity or condition.
It has no built-in GPS, so route tracking for outdoor workouts depends on a connected phone. Its small screen and notification support are not substitutes for the larger displays, apps, payments or broader controls of a smartwatch.

These specifications are from Google’s current Inspire 3 specification page. Walmart’s listing contains older or inconsistent operating-system requirements, so use Google’s compatibility page to check your phone. The “up to 10 days” battery figure is a manufacturer estimate, not a guaranteed result; an always-on display, frequent workouts, notifications and sensor use can reduce runtime.
Do you need Fitbit Premium?
Basic activity, heart-rate, sleep and notification tracking does not require an ongoing Premium subscription. Some advanced insights, recommendations, analytics and content are tied to Premium, so check which features matter to you before relying on a trial.
Introductory offers differ by retailer. Walmart advertises six months of Fitbit Premium for new and returning Premium users, with activation required within 60 days of device activation. Best Buy’s listing refers to three months of Google Health Premium. Check the offer terms on the product page and during setup, including eligibility and renewal terms; if you do not want a recurring charge, cancel before the trial converts. Current renewal pricing is not established by these listings.

Look elsewhere if you need
