The Huawei Band 11 Pro is a real, officially listed fitness band, but two headline leak claims need correcting. Huawei’s global specifications identify an aluminium-alloy case rather than a confirmed titanium body, and the display reaches 2,000 nits—not 3,000. The “up to 14 days” battery figure is genuine only under Huawei’s light-use laboratory conditions; Huawei rates typical use at up to eight days and Always-On Display use at approximately three days.
The leak versus Huawei’s final specifications
A February 2026 leak reported a possible titanium-aluminium version, a 3,000-nit screen and roughly 14 days of endurance. That report remains useful as launch context, but Huawei’s subsequently published global pages take priority.
| Item | Pre-launch leak | Huawei’s published specification |
|---|---|---|
| Case material | Aluminium, with a possible titanium-aluminium version reported | Aluminium alloy; Huawei describes a CNC-cut aluminium-alloy case |
| Peak brightness | 3,000 nits | Up to 2,000 nits |
| Battery claim | Approximately 14 days | Up to 14 days maximum/light use, up to 8 days typical use, approximately 3 days with AOD |
See Huawei’s official product page, specification sheet and the earlier leak report.

Battery life: what “up to 14 days” means
| Usage profile | Huawei’s stated endurance |
|---|---|
| Maximum/light use | Up to 14 days |
| Typical use | Up to 8 days |
| Always-On Display enabled | Approximately 3 days |
Huawei’s 14-day laboratory scenario includes heart-rate monitoring, no TruSleep, about 30 minutes of exercise per week, 50 messages, six calls and three alarms per day, and 200 screen checks daily. The typical-use scenario adds sleep tracking, continuous SpO₂, emotional and stress tracking, more screen activations and 60 minutes of exercise weekly.

Why the Pro model matters
The main functional upgrade is independent GNSS positioning. The band can record outdoor routes, distance and speed without relying continuously on a phone. Huawei also highlights running, cycling and Track Run modes, running-form analysis, automatic workout-pause detection for certain activities and more than 100 workout modes.

Compatibility, water resistance and everyday use
Huawei lists support for Android 9.0 or later and iOS 13.0 or later. Setup and some functions require the Huawei Health app, and capabilities can depend on the phone model and operating-system version.
The 5 ATM rating represents static pressure equivalent to 50 metres for 10 minutes; it does not authorize diving to 50 metres. Huawei advises against diving, hot showers, hot springs, saunas, deep water and fast-flowing water. Treat the rating as suitable for shallow-water activities such as pool swimming within those restrictions, not as permanent waterproofing.

Launch date, price and regional availability
Huawei announced a Japanese launch for March 13, 2026, at a suggested retail price of ¥11,880 including tax. The announced colors are black, blue and green, with the green version using a woven strap. That is a Japan-specific price, not a confirmed global MSRP.
Huawei has published global product and specification pages and issued other regional announcements, including Brazil, but the sources available here do not establish a U.S. launch date, U.S. price, U.S. retail inventory or U.S. warranty coverage. Check the Huawei store for your country before assuming local availability.
Who should consider the Band 11 Pro?
- Runners and cyclists who want independent route tracking in a slim band.
- Android or iPhone users prioritizing multi-day battery life, notifications and health tracking over smartwatch apps.
- Travelers and casual fitness users who prefer a lightweight device with a bright AMOLED screen.
Who should wait or choose something else?
- Buyers specifically seeking titanium construction: Huawei’s global specification says aluminium alloy.
- Anyone expecting 14 days with AOD, heavy GPS use and continuous monitoring; Huawei’s own figures point to shorter endurance in those conditions.
- Users needing cellular service, broad third-party apps or a full smartwatch ecosystem.
- Anyone requiring medical-grade measurements or universal access to region-limited health functions.
- U.S. buyers who need confirmed local pricing, stock or warranty terms before purchasing.
Verdict
The Huawei Band 11 Pro’s core proposition is credible: a light fitness band with a bright 2,000-nit AMOLED display, independent GNSS and long rated endurance across Android and iPhone. The official product is less exotic than the leak suggested—aluminium rather than confirmed titanium and 2,000 rather than 3,000 nits—but those corrections do not remove its most meaningful upgrade for runners: phone-independent route tracking. Judge the battery by the eight-day typical-use and three-day AOD figures, not by the maximum 14-day headline.
