Bulgari’s 2024 Serpenti Pallini launch comprised three high-jewellery secret watches—references 104027, 104026 and 104025—rather than one single design. Their defining detail is a bracelet of individually set gold beads and diamonds arranged on mesh so the snake-like scales quiver as the wearer moves. Each watch is powered by Bulgari’s BVL100 Piccolissimo manual-winding movement.
What is the Serpenti Pallini?
Serpenti Pallini is Bulgari’s name for a Serpenti design built around small beads—“pallini” in the collection’s name—used as shimmering scales along the articulated bracelet. The 2024 launch report presented three versions as a high-jewellery secret-watch trilogy. The design draws on a five-turn Serpenti secret watch from 1955, a historical reference also cited on Bulgari’s official product-family page.
The official page currently displays reference 104305. That is a separate product reference, not one of the three watches in the 2024 launch report; its current description should not be taken as evidence that the trilogy remains available. Bulgari’s Serpenti Pallini product-family page describes the displayed watch as inspired by a five-turn 1955 yellow-gold and diamond Serpenti secret watch.
How the three 2024 references differ
The trio varies in gold color, the balance of beads and diamonds, dial treatment and reported diamond weight. The figures below are those published by Monochrome Watches in its 1 September 2024 launch report; the carat totals are reported specifications, not independently certified figures.

Why the pallini scales move
The gold beads and, on some versions, brilliant-cut diamonds are individually set on gold mesh. The construction takes inspiration from the en tremblant approach, in which a setting can respond to movement rather than remaining entirely rigid. On the Serpenti bracelet, wrist motion makes the scales quiver, giving the surface a lively, shifting effect.

The Fondation de la Haute Horlogerie reports that gem-setting each watch takes around 500 hours. That figure refers to the setting work described for these watches, not the total time required to manufacture an entire watch. Movement and timekeeping
All three 2024 references use the BVL100 Piccolissimo, a manual-winding mechanical movement. Monochrome’s launch report gives it a 30-hour power reserve. That is the reported reserve for this movement in the trilogy; it is not a claim about the running time of other Serpenti models.

Bulgari’s official product-family page calls the Piccolissimo in reference 104305 the world’s smallest round hand-wound mechanical movement. That superlative is Bulgari’s description of the movement on that page, and reference 104305 is distinct from the three 2024 launch references.
Price and availability
The 2024 launch report listed prices of EUR 256,000 for 104027, EUR 464,000 for 104026 and EUR 708,000 for 104025. These are launch-period figures reported in 2024, not verified current prices. No current price or availability for those three references is established by the sources cited here; buyers should request a current quote and confirm the reference with Bulgari or an authorized retailer.

What Bulgari says the watches represent
In an interview published by Saatolog, Bulgari CEO Jean-Christophe Babin called the Serpenti Pallini High-Jewellery series “one of the standout collections” and described the watches as combining high jewelry and horology, powered by the Piccolissimo movement.
