Tudor released a real, publicly available pink Black Bay Chrono on 28 March 2024. The surprise model pairs a matte light-pink dial with black sub-counters, a black tachymetric bezel and a five-link, Jubilee-style bracelet. Its chronograph hardware is familiar Black Bay Chrono equipment: a 41mm steel case, Tudor’s COSC-certified MT5813 automatic movement, about 70 hours of power reserve and 200m water resistance.
Tudor says the watch was originally made with musician Jay Chou and that “few of them will ever be made.” The company has not established a production number in the announcement, so it is best described as a small-production release rather than a numbered limited edition.
What Tudor actually launched
The Black Bay Chrono “Pink” was announced on 28 March 2024 alongside Tudor’s official-timekeeper partnership with Inter Miami CF. Tudor linked the color to both Jay Chou’s signature use of pink and Inter Miami’s visual identity, presenting the watch as a deliberately daring variation on its normally restrained tool-watch palette.
This is not a concept rendering or a private celebrity prototype. Tudor announced it for public release. However, the launch announcement did not publish a total number of watches, and the exact pink-reference number and distribution details were not confirmed in the launch coverage.

Pink dial, black timing hardware
The defining feature is the matte light-pink dial. Black contrasting sub-counters provide the chronograph readouts, while a black anodized-aluminium bezel carries the tachymetric scale. The combination is much higher contrast than the conventional steel-and-black or steel-and-white Black Bay Chrono configurations.
Five-link bracelet instead of the usual three-link look
The pink model uses a Jubilee-style, five-link bracelet treatment rather than the traditional three-link Oyster-style bracelet associated with the standard configuration. Current Black Bay Chrono family specifications also include Tudor’s T-fit clasp, which allows rapid on-wrist length adjustment without tools.
Case dimensions
- Case diameter: 41mm
- Lug width: 22mm
- Approximate thickness: 14.4mm for the current Black Bay Chrono family
- Case material: stainless steel
At 41mm and roughly 14.4mm thick, this is a substantial sports chronograph rather than a compact dress watch. The 22mm lug width gives owners a broad range of potential strap choices, but any non-Tudor bracelet or strap should be checked for fit and warranty implications before installation.

The movement, depth rating and case architecture make the pink version a color-and-bracelet variation on the Black Bay Chrono platform, not a mechanically separate chronograph.
Is it a limited edition?
Tudor’s own wording is that “few of them will ever be made.” That clearly signals scarcity, but it is not the same as publishing a fixed, numbered production limit. The launch reporting available for the release also said that the reference number and exact distribution were not yet confirmed.

For buyers, the practical conclusion is straightforward: treat the watch as a small-production or scarce release, and do not assume that an advertised serial count, universal allocation or permanent catalog status is official unless Tudor or an authorized retailer documents it.
Price: keep the date attached
Monochrome Watches reported a 2024 launch price of USD 5,675 for the pink version. That is a dated launch figure, not a guaranteed current price or secondary-market valuation.
Tudor’s current standard steel Black Bay Chrono product page lists a USD 7,000 suggested retail price when accessed in 2026. That page establishes the present reference point for the regular model; it does not prove that the pink release currently sells for $7,000, nor does it establish what a scarce example should cost on the secondary market.

How it compares with other Black Bay Chronos
The important distinction is visual and availability-related rather than mechanical. Black, white and blue Black Bay Chrono variants use the same broad platform: a 41mm case, MT5813 chronograph, approximately 70-hour reserve and 200m water resistance. The pink release changes the dial and bezel color language and uses the five-link bracelet treatment, while its smaller production makes availability less predictable.
- Color: light pink dial, black counters and black tachymetric bezel on the pink model; other variants use their own established dial and bezel combinations.
- Bracelet: the pink version is associated with a Jubilee-style five-link treatment rather than the standard three-link appearance.
- Adjustment: Tudor’s current family specification lists a T-fit clasp for rapid adjustment.
- Core mechanics: MT5813, COSC certification, approximately 70 hours and 200m water resistance remain the relevant baseline.
- Scarcity: Tudor explicitly says few pink watches will be made, while no equivalent production claim is established here for ordinary catalog variants.
Buying the Tudor Black Bay Chrono Pink
Verify the watch, not just the color
Because the pink reference number and exact distribution were not established at launch, ask the seller for the complete Tudor reference, warranty documentation, purchase date and photographs of the case, dial, clasp and movement-related paperwork. A pink dial alone is not sufficient proof of an official Tudor release.
Check region and price at the time of purchase
Availability and pricing can differ by country and can change after the 2024 launch. Confirm whether a listing is from Tudor or an authorized retailer, whether the warranty is valid in your region, and whether the quoted price is new-retail, pre-owned or a secondary-market premium.

Be cautious with accessories
The 22mm lug width makes replacement straps and bracelets possible in principle, but fit, end-link geometry and warranty consequences vary. Confirm compatibility with Tudor or the accessory maker before replacing the supplied bracelet.
Who is this watch for?
The pink Black Bay Chrono makes sense for someone who wants the robust, water-resistant Black Bay Chrono platform but does not want a conventional monochrome sports-watch palette. Its strongest appeal is the deliberate connection between Jay Chou, Inter Miami and the unusual colorway. Buyers who prioritize a predictable catalog reference, easy stock availability or a fixed published edition size may find a regular Black Bay Chrono easier to evaluate.
