What was planned for the Hong Kong event?
Fratello and Omega announced an evening focused on the Speedmaster, particularly its history in space. The programme was set to include historical and modern Speedmasters on display, Fratello staff, and a team from Omega’s Swiss headquarters in Bienne. The announcement also teased a surprise but did not identify it; it does not establish a specific watch reference or product release.

What did the original signup require?
The form requested all fields, including jacket size, and said registrants would receive further emails after submitting. That information describes the original registration process; it is not a way to join now that registration is closed.
What is known about Speedy Tuesday events?
In its announcement, Fratello said Speedy Tuesday events began in 2013 as local gatherings and later expanded worldwide with Omega’s support. Fratello also described the Hong Kong event as following a pause after the previous gathering at the end of 2023. Those are the publisher’s descriptions of its event history, not independently verified attendance or event-history statistics. Fratello’s Speedy Tuesday archive lists a Hong Kong event photo and video report dated February 3, 2026; that listing alone does not establish attendance figures or which watches appeared.
