Orient’s three new Bambino 38 dial colours arrived in 2024: grass green (RA-AC0M09E), light blue (RA-AC0M10L) and copper (RA-AC0M11Y). They share a 38.4 mm case, three-link steel bracelet, date display and automatic F6724 movement, so the choice is chiefly about which colour—and regional model description—you prefer.
Which Orient Bambino 38 colour is which?
Orient announced the three variants on 21 August 2024 as additions to its Classic and Simple Style 38 collection. They are colour variants from that release, not 2026 model introductions. Orient’s launch announcement names the dials grass green, light blue and copper; its official regional listings use slightly different wording for some colours.

The copper-versus-pink wording is a regional naming difference in the sources, not evidence of two separate variants. When checking a listing, use the reference as well as the colour name.
What the three watches have in common
Compact case and bracelet
Orient UK lists the RA-AC0M09E and RA-AC0M10L with a 38.4 mm stainless-steel case, 44 mm lug-to-lug length, 12.5 mm thickness and 20 mm lug width. Both listings specify a simple three-link metal bracelet. The case dimensions are shared across these two official UK listings; the launch announcement describes the three new models as using the 38.4 mm case.

Dial, display and movement
Orient describes the dials as sunburst-finished with a matte coating. The watches have three hands and a date display. Their F6724 automatic movement supports hand winding and hacking; Orient UK lists 22 jewels and a 40-hour power reserve. Orient’s 2024 announcement gives manufacturer-stated accuracy of +25 to −15 seconds per day and a 40-hour reserve. These are specifications, not independent test results.
Crystal and water resistance
Orient UK lists mineral crystal and 30 m water resistance for the two UK-listed references. That is a modest water-resistance rating, not a basis for treating the watch as a dedicated swimming or diving watch.

How to choose between the colours
- Grass green, RA-AC0M09E: the green option, identified as grass green in the launch announcement and green on Orient UK’s listing.
- Light blue, RA-AC0M10L: the lighter blue option, called light blue in the announcement and blue in the UK listing.
- Copper, RA-AC0M11Y: the warm-toned option, called copper in the announcement and pink on Orient USA’s listing.
The core specifications and bracelet configuration are presented as shared features, so colour preference is the clearest documented point of distinction. Before buying, confirm the precise reference, dial description, price, stock and warranty on the seller’s current regional listing; availability and terms can vary by market.

The UK listings give a 20 mm lug width for RA-AC0M09E and RA-AC0M10L. That measurement is useful when searching for a strap, but it does not guarantee that every 20 mm strap will fit the watch’s attachment or clear its end-link geometry. Check the strap’s fit and the watch’s attachment before ordering. The cited UK specifications do not establish a lug width for RA-AC0M11Y.
