The Spinnaker Fleuss 40 Automatic Seconde/Seconde/ 2024 Edition is a Halloween-themed collaboration built around 50 phantom figures. Its two versions share the same core specifications, but arrange that motif differently: Phantom Classic puts molded figures on the dial, while Phantom No App uses a crossed-out phantom and places the ghosts around the bezel. The launch announcement identifies the edition as reference SP-5146, with Phantom Classic listed as SP-5146-01 and Phantom No App as SP-5146-02.
What is the Spinnaker Fleuss 40 Seconde/Seconde/ 2024 Edition?
It is a 40 mm Fleuss automatic diver-style watch made in collaboration with seconde/seconde/, a watch design project led by French artist Romaric André, as described by Ueni Trading in its 1 November 2024 launch announcement. The edition turns a “50 Phantoms” Halloween concept into a design across the dial, bezel, caseback and packaging. Spinnaker’s support index lists the edition under reference SP-5146.
The details in the launch announcement describe the product at launch; they are not independent test findings. The announcement says both versions have a see-through caseback with phantom artwork, and that each came with smooth leather and rubber straps, a special luminous box and a UV light.

Choose between them on the design you prefer: Classic makes the dial itself the focus, while No App moves the ghost arrangement to the bezel and adds the crossed-out mark. The joke name is a design reference, not a different movement or technical specification.
