Both have a ceramic bezel insert, anti-reflective sapphire crystal and a manufacturer-rated 200 m water resistance. Timex’s US listings showed prices of $259 and $269, respectively, when checked on October 4, 2026; prices and availability can change.
What’s different between the two Deepwater Arctic 200 watches?
The model numbers distinguish the colorways. Timex lists the same core construction and features for both, so the practical choice is mainly between their finishes and the listed prices.

- Anti-reflective sapphire crystal. Timex says sapphire resists scratches but may shatter under heavy impact.
- Unidirectional ratcheting bezel with a ceramic inlay.
- Luminous hands and hour markers.
- 200 m water-resistance rating, with a screw-down crown and screw-on case back.
- HNBR synthetic-rubber strap, 20 mm wide, with quick-release spring bars. Timex says the strap can be changed without a tool; check width, attachment and case compatibility before choosing a replacement.
- SR626SW battery.
Timex says the 200 m rating is suitable for swimming, snorkeling, surfing and recreational scuba diving. This is the manufacturer’s activity guidance, not an independent test result.
What the announcement says about the bezel
In its October 2, 2026 announcement, Timex describes the bezel this way: “A unidirectional ratcheting ceramic top ring provides a durable way to track time beneath the waves while adding a polished contrast to the rugged stainless-steel case.”

What is—and isn’t—established about the dimensions
There is a small discrepancy in Timex’s own presentation: the product-page size designation says 40.5 mm, while the descriptive copy refers to a 40 mm case. If that difference matters when assessing fit, confirm the measurement with Timex before buying. A launch report gives 11.5 mm thickness and 47 mm lug-to-lug, but those dimensions are not independently substantiated by the Timex page details available here, so they should not be treated as verified manufacturer specifications.

- Choose TW3A01900 if you prefer the silver-tone case and blue dial-and-strap combination; its Timex US listing showed the lower price at the time checked.
- Choose TW3A02000 if the darker gunmetal case and smoky dial with black strap better suit your preference.
- Compare fit and use as well as color. Both listings give the same headline water-resistance rating, crystal, bezel type and 20 mm quick-release strap width.
Timex’s announcement and product pages establish the listed features, but no independent testing or hands-on evaluation is represented here.
