It became available in the EU on April 2, 2025; Withings’ EU store listed it at €249.95 on August 18, 2026. Its strongest case is consolidating occasional measurements and sharing them with a clinician—not replacing an examination or making a diagnosis.
What BeamO measures
BeamO brings four kinds of spot checks into one device. The measurements can help you keep track of information or share it with a healthcare professional, but they answer different questions and have different limits.

Withings’ product description and use limitation are on its BeamO product page. No blood-pressure measurement is listed for BeamO, an important omission for anyone shopping for a general heart-health monitor.
EU launch, current price and regional features
Withings announced EU availability on April 2, 2025, initially through its website. The launch announcement is historical; this is not a newly launched 2026 device. The EU product page listed BeamO for €249.95 on August 18, 2026. UK pricing surfaced at £229.95, but local prices, stock and offers can change. Check the relevant storefront before buying.

Feature availability is market-specific. Withings’ support page lists ECG, AFib detection and SpO₂ as available in the EU and UK. For the US, it lists ECG as available while AFib detection and SpO₂ are unavailable or pending clearance in the cited information. Regulatory status can change, so check the current regional feature information for the market where you will use the device. Do not assume an imported unit will have the same features, app activation or warranty as a locally sold one.
Using BeamO with the app and sharing readings
Setup requires the Withings app on a smartphone or tablet; a computer alone is not supported. Withings lists compatibility with iOS 16 or later and Android 9 or later. Its EU product page also lists Apple Health, Google Health Connect and Google Fit integrations, and says online health-data storage is free and unlimited. These are Withings service claims; review its current account and privacy terms for data handling, retention, export and deletion details.

Withings describes report-sharing and HealthLink tools for sharing health information during a teleconsultation. Sending a measurement or recording does not itself provide professional interpretation. Cardiologist review is associated with the Cardio Check-Up service and Withings+ in relevant markets; ordinary readings should not be mistaken for an automatic doctor review.
For clearer recordings, use a quiet, stable setting and follow the in-app tutorials for placement and each measurement. Noise, movement and clothing friction can interfere with stethoscope audio. If a result seems unusual, repeat it according to the device instructions and check your technique. Seek clinical advice for concerning or persistent results, and urgent care for severe symptoms rather than waiting for a device reading or remote review. A normal result cannot rule out every condition.

Hardware and battery details
Withings lists the EU model at 3.7 × 1.9 × 13.6 cm and 80 g, with a 1.9-inch RGB TFT LCD display (170 × 320 pixels, 191 PPI). Listed sensors include temperature sensing, two ECG electrodes, multi-wavelength PPG, a piezoelectric sensor and a force sensor. Charging is by USB-C, with approximately one hour listed for charging; connectivity includes Bluetooth Low Energy and 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, with optional LTE Cat-M1 also listed.
Battery claims on Withings pages conflict: the main EU BeamO product page says up to eight months, while a Withings comparison page says nine months. Treat the figure as an estimate, not a guaranteed interval; actual battery life depends on use.

BeamO compared with Withings blood-pressure monitors
These EU prices were listed by Withings pages on August 18, 2026. The devices serve different priorities, so a lower-priced blood-pressure monitor is not a like-for-like substitute for BeamO’s combination of functions.

Prices and capabilities are from Withings’ BPM Core page and European blood-pressure monitor comparison. A set of separate specialist devices may be more appropriate for some households, but it also means managing more hardware and potentially more apps and records.

Is BeamO worth considering?
It may suit you if
- You want several kinds of occasional measurement in one portable device.
- You regularly share health information with a clinician and value app-based records.
- You already use the Withings ecosystem and want these additional spot-check functions.
Look elsewhere if
- You mainly need blood-pressure monitoring, continuous monitoring or just a thermometer.
- You already own suitable devices for the measurements you need.
- You expect the stethoscope to interpret sounds or the ECG to provide a full clinical assessment.
- You do not want to use a compatible smartphone or tablet and Withings account.
Withings promotes optional Withings+ offers and Cardio Check-Up services. A UK storefront offer surfaced as a one-month trial followed by a stated annual price of £89.50; offers and renewal terms vary by market and can change. Check the local checkout screen for price, renewal date and cancellation terms. Do not assume a subscription is required for every core measurement, or that cardiologist review is included with every reading.
