| Workout heart-rate sensing | Up to 6.5 hours on one charge |

Noise cancellation, sound, and fit
AirPods Pro 3 offer ANC, Adaptive Audio, and Transparency. Apple describes ANC performance using promotional comparisons; those should be understood as Apple’s claims, not independent findings established by the sources reviewed here. Fit matters for sealed in-ear earbuds, so the five included tip sizes may help users find a suitable seal, but no tip or earbud shape will suit everyone.

Heart-rate sensing and workout use
AirPods Pro 3 include a heart-rate sensor for workouts. Apple estimates up to 6.5 hours of listening when workout heart-rate sensing is in use. This is a product feature, not evidence that the earbuds provide continuous medical monitoring. Check Apple’s current device and software requirements before relying on a particular workout feature.
Live Translation and supported languages
Apple says Live Translation requires an Apple Intelligence-enabled iPhone running iOS 26 or later. It is limited to selected languages and regions, and support can change. The earbuds alone are not sufficient to establish that Live Translation will work for a particular user.
