Monochrome’s 2016 hands-on review reported a €2,950 price at the time; that is a historical figure, not a current quote. Present-day price and availability for this exact reference have not been verified.
Which Anonimo Nautilo is this?
This is the older Nautilo Bronze: a bronze case, blue dial with concentric decoration, bronze applied indexes and a black rubber strap. Retailer listing AM-1001.04.003.A03 identifies the bronze case and blue dial and corroborates the 44.4 mm case width and 200 m water resistance. Monochrome’s 3 May 2016 hands-on review describes the reviewed watch, while the retailer listing provides the reference identification.
Anonimo says military engineer Dino Zei developed the Nautilo line in 2003, with bronze among the materials used in the collection. The brand presents functional design, legibility and robustness as central to its identity. The current Nautilo collection is useful context, but its current 42 mm models should not be confused with this older 44.4 mm bronze version.

How it wears, according to the original reviewer
Monochrome author Koen Simon reported that the watch felt comfortable for daily use despite its size. He also considered its sporty presence less suitable for dressier settings. Those are Simon’s personal impressions, not a claim of hands-on testing for this article.
Price and availability
Monochrome listed the Nautilo Bronze at €2,950 in its 2016 review. That dated price should not be treated as today’s market value. Anonimo’s current Nautilo collection page lists current 42 mm and 42 mm Vintage models from CHF 2,290, but it does not establish the price or availability of the older bronze-blue AM-1001.04.003.A03.

What to check before buying a used example
- Match the reference to AM-1001.04.003.A03 and confirm the bronze case and blue dial rather than relying on a listing title alone.
- Ask the seller to document condition, service history, included accessories and the exact strap supplied; these details are not established by the historical review.
- Confirm any replacement strap’s fit with the seller or manufacturer. A 22 mm lug width reported for a different steel Nautilo reference does not establish compatibility for this bronze model.
- Check the asking price and availability directly with the seller; the 2016 review price is historical, and the current collection’s starting price applies to other listings.
