What makes the Luna Magna’s moon display different?
At 12 o’clock, an off-centred subdial displays the hours and minutes. Below it, a 12 mm moon rotates in three dimensions to show the lunar phase. A second moon-phase indicator appears on the case back. Arnold & Son describes Luna Magna as “the largest rotating moon ever built into a wristwatch”; that is the manufacturer’s claim, not an independently established comparison.
On the Steel “Turquoise,” the dial is Arizona turquoise, paired with a white opal time subdial. The moon is made from turquoise and Cacholong opal. The subdial and moon use Super-LumiNova.

This is the manufacturer’s displayed U.S.-dollar listing, not a guaranteed transaction price or a quote for another country. How accurate is the lunar display?
Arnold & Son says a one-day discrepancy between the display and the actual lunar cycle would take 122 years to appear if the watch is kept fully wound. This is the manufacturer’s stated accuracy claim, not an independently tested result. The winding condition is essential to the claim.
