Artem’s current published dimensions say the 20 mm Loop-less HydroFlex tapers to 18 mm at the clasp end—not 16 mm. The 16 mm clasp-end measurement is listed for the 18 mm strap. Artem’s official dimensions page does not identify a 20/16 mm version, so verify the exact variant with the seller before ordering.
What does Artem currently specify for the 20 mm HydroFlex?
Artem lists the 20 mm Loop-less HydroFlex as tapering to 18 mm at the clasp end. The published dimensions distinguish the strap’s starting width from its clasp-end width:

These are the widths on Artem’s official Loop-less HydroFlex dimensions page, accessed October 8, 2026. The page has no publication or revision date, and does not specify a 20 mm strap that narrows to 16 mm.
How to read the 20/16 mm claim
A width pair such as 20/16 mm would ordinarily mean 20 mm at the watch end and 16 mm at the clasp end. Artem’s current published specification does not support that pairing for this strap: it gives the 20 mm strap an 18 mm clasp end and assigns the 16 mm clasp end to the 18 mm strap.

If a current product listing advertises a 20/16 mm version, check whether it describes a new or different variant rather than relying on the general dimensions page. Confirm both widths and the specific clasp compatibility with Artem or the retailer before purchase.

Thickness
Artem describes the strap as tapering in thickness from 5.4 mm to 2.2 mm, with a 2.7 mm thickness at the silicone strip. These are product dimensions stated on the same official specifications page.

Materials and water use
The stated construction is a synthetic upper and a leather underside coated in natural rubber (caoutchouc). Artem says the strap can be worn in water; that is the manufacturer’s published guidance, not a quantified water-resistance rating for the strap.
Silicone strip and clasp
A silicone strip sits at the strap holes to help minimize wear. Artem says the HydroFlex can be paired with its Loop-Less deployant clasp, which is sold separately. The clasp is not included by default according to the published product information.

What to confirm before ordering
- Measure or confirm the watch’s lug width; it is the strap’s starting width, not its clasp-end width.
- Confirm the clasp-end width for the exact strap variant. The current published figure for the 20 mm strap is 18 mm.
- Check the Loop-Less deployant clasp’s dimensions and compatibility with that strap variant.
- Confirm whether the clasp is included in the listing or must be purchased separately.
