In other words, Chicago is the final-assembly location; the brand does not describe these watches as wholly made in the United States. The FAQ’s broader comment about the state of U.S. watch manufacturing is the company’s own characterization, not an independently verified industry finding.
What does Astor+Banks sell?
The company’s collections page currently organizes its watches into four families. It also sells watch straps and other accessories. Specific model names, prices, specifications, and stock can vary by listing, so check the live official site before choosing a watch; the available information does not establish a complete, comparable specification set for every current variant.

How does the warranty work?
Astor+Banks’s Warranty and Returns page states that covered defects are subject to a limited five-year warranty. The stated coverage excludes batteries, leather straps, and buckles. The policy requires proof of purchase or completed registration, and currently lists a $30 service and handling fee for warranty and repair services; the company says that fee may change. These are the company’s published terms, not an independent assessment of reliability or service outcomes.
What is the return window?
The same policy gives eligible items a 15-day return or exchange window from receipt. Items must be unworn and unaltered. Special orders, sale purchases, and final-sale items have restrictions; check the policy for the terms that apply to the specific purchase. Return authorization is required, and shipping costs are non-refundable.

When should a mechanical Astor+Banks watch be serviced?
The brand’s FAQ says the movement manufacturer recommends servicing a mechanical watch every 5–7 years. Treat that as general guidance attributed by Astor+Banks to the movement manufacturer, not as a universal interval for every movement or a model-specific diagnosis. Check the recommendation for the particular movement in the watch you are considering.
