Its defining feature is a layered case that frames an X-shaped dial motif. The launch collection included two versions—Black Titanium and Blue Steel—with the same movement and core specifications but distinct materials and finishes.
What is the Bell & Ross BR-X3?
Bell & Ross introduced the BR-X3 on the 20th anniversary of the BR-01 square case. The brand positions its X series as an experimental line; the BR-X3 takes the familiar square-watch architecture associated with the BR-03 and develops it through a more elaborate, multi-component case. The result is less a departure from the BR-03 design language than a technical elaboration of it.
Bell & Ross describes the construction as a sandwich-style, multi-layer assembly. In Fratello’s September 17, 2025 launch coverage, co-founder and creative director Bruno Belamich explained: “This multilayer design lets us mix materials, colors, and finishes.” The dial’s X motif echoes that construction, with stacked plates and contrasting details making the architecture part of the visual design.
How do the two launch versions differ?
The Black Titanium and Blue Steel share dimensions and movement, so the choice is principally about case material, color, finish and strap.

Belamich’s description of the Black Titanium version makes the layering especially clear: “Two gray titanium plates — top and bottom — hold all components together. The black color of the strap continues through the case, forming a black band that runs between the two gray titanium layers.” This is an explanation of the design, not a claim that the two models have different underlying mechanical performance.
What are the BR-X3’s movement and specifications?
Both launch variants use the automatic BR-CAL.323. Fratello’s launch report identifies the movement as produced for Bell & Ross by Kenissi; Bell & Ross’s own collection description calls it a manufacture movement. The available descriptions establish the branding and sourcing language, but do not mean Bell & Ross physically makes every component itself.

The 100-meter rating is a water-resistance specification; by itself, it does not establish that the BR-X3 is a dive watch. Bell & Ross describes the reserve as approximately 70 hours and states that the watch comes with a five-year warranty. Warranty terms can vary by market, so buyers should confirm the applicable terms where they purchase.
What did the BR-X3 cost at launch?
Dave Sergeant’s Fratello launch article, published September 17, 2025, listed these prices. They are launch figures, not a promise of current pricing or availability.

Separately, a Bell & Ross US product listing retrieved after launch displayed $8,700 for the Black Titanium and marked it unavailable. That is a later US listing snapshot, not a replacement for the launch price and not evidence of current stock. Check the brand or an authorized seller for the price and availability in your market.

The two watches share the same 41 mm width, 13.3 mm thickness, movement and stated water resistance. Material, finish, color and preference for the black or blue presentation are the clearer points of distinction. A 41 mm square case can wear differently from a round watch of the same stated width, and wrist fit is personal; the published specifications alone cannot establish whether it will feel comfortable on a particular wrist.
