The Breguet Type XX Chronographe 2067 in rose gold is a 42 mm civilian flyback chronograph, reference 2067RK/Y9/9WU. Its 18K rose-gold case and blue ceramic bezel frame a blue sunburst dial, while automatic calibre 728 provides a 60-hour power reserve. This is a specification-led look at the watch, not a personal wear test.
What is the Breguet Type XX 2067 reference?
Breguet identifies this watch as the Type XX Chronographe 2067, reference 2067RK/Y9/9WU. The model pairs an 18K rose-gold case with a blue ceramic bezel and blue hand-sunburst dial. Breguet places it in the civilian Type XX line, rather than the military-inspired Type 20 family. Breguet’s product page provides the reference and technical details.
Case dimensions and water resistance
The round case measures 42 mm in diameter and 14.1 mm thick, with 21 mm between the lugs. Breguet rates water resistance at 10 BAR. That rating is the published specification; it is not, by itself, a specific swimming or diving recommendation. The case has a non-screwed crown and a sapphire caseback, according to Breguet’s product listing.
How the dial and chronograph are arranged
The blue dial has gold hands and a three-register layout. The 15-minute chronograph counter sits at 3 o’clock, the 12-hour counter at 6, and running seconds at 9. A date aperture is positioned at 4:30. Breguet describes the dial finishing as hand-sunburst.

How does the Type XX flyback chronograph work?
The automatic calibre 728 includes a flyback chronograph. In Breguet’s explanation, flyback lets the user reset the chronograph and immediately start timing again with one action, rather than stopping, resetting, and starting as separate operations. This is the manufacturer’s description of the function, not a report of a hands-on timing test. The movement is 6.6 mm thick and 32.2 mm wide; Breguet lists a frequency of 5 Hz, 350 components, and a 60-hour power reserve. Straps and changing them
Breguet describes two blue strap options for the gold model: blue alligator leather and a blue NATO strap with white accents. Both are listed with rose-gold buckles. The brand’s magazine feature says the straps use a push-tab changing system. Confirm the package for the relevant region with a Breguet point of sale if the precise box contents matter. Why Type XX is not the same as Type 20
Breguet traces the military Type 20 to a French Air Force tender in the early 1950s and says it developed a watch to meet the specifications from 1952. In the brand’s naming distinction, Type 20—with Arabic numerals—is the military-inspired version faithful to those specifications; Type XX is the civilian line. The modern rose-gold 2067 is therefore not a military-issued watch. Breguet connects the 2067 to civilian Type XX watches of the 1950s and 1960s.
Breguet’s collection history also says gold appeared on rare Type XX watches in 1955, while contrasting bezels with varied graduations arrived on second-generation watches in the 1970s. The company describes the contemporary gold-and-ceramic 2067 as a civilian model in its launch article, which dates the new-generation line’s start to June 2023.
