That is the maker’s stated water-resistance rating; it should not be read as independent proof of performance in a particular watch or as a recommendation to use the watch at that depth. What design and dive-watch features does Breitling describe?
Breitling says the design draws on the Superocean Slow Motion and describes a matte ceramic-inlayed bezel, luminous hands and indexes with Super-LumiNova, camouflage dials, and a soft-iron inner case. The company says the inner case offers protection against the effects of magnetic fields; it also describes the watch as resistant to shock, sand and saltwater. These are manufacturer descriptions, not independently verified test findings here.
The bi-directional rotating bezel can be secured with a lock on the side of the case, according to Breitling. That lock is a practical distinction from a freely rotating bezel: it lets the wearer secure the bezel setting, while still allowing adjustment when unlocked. The product page does not establish a separate performance rating for the lock.

Check the market-specific listing carefully, since strap, buckle, reference/configuration and price can differ.
