Carbon and metal construction
Casio’s exact-model listing names carbon-fiber-reinforced resin and stainless steel among the case and bezel materials. In its 2021 MTG-B2000YBD family release, Casio describes a multilayer-carbon bezel component and explains the MT-G approach as combining metal and resin. The carbon reference therefore applies to part of the structure; it should not be read as an all-carbon case or watch. Tough Solar charging is listed for the model. Casio’s 2021 family release gives approximately five months of operation from a full charge without solar generation when functions are used, and approximately 29 months in power-saving state.
