A September 2025 report named three Black Tone full-metal G-Shocks: the square digital GMW-B5000BT-1, the octagonal GM-B2100BT-1A, and the GMC-B2100BT-1A. It described black faces and bezels paired with silver stainless-steel straps and said the watches were expected in Japan in October 2025. That launch window has passed; the report does not establish whether the models are currently available or what they cost today.
Which full-metal G-Shocks were named?
Notebookcheck’s September 2025 leak report identified these three model numbers:
- GMW-B5000BT-1: a square digital watch in the GMW-B5000 family.
- GM-B2100BT-1A: an octagonal watch in the GM-B2100 family.
- GMC-B2100BT-1A: a watch in the GMC-B2100 family.
Casio’s September 2025 Full Metal collection page places those families in the broader Full Metal range. It describes Bluetooth, Multi Band 6 and Tough Solar as collection features; the page alone does not establish every feature on each leaked variant.
What finish did the leak describe?
The report described the Black Tone watches as having black faces and bezels with silver stainless-steel straps. This is the leak report’s description, rather than confirmation of the variants’ exact materials or finish from an individual Casio product page.

What did the report say about release timing and price?
Notebookcheck reported an expected Japan release in October 2025. That date is in the past, and the report does not establish an exact on-sale date, current stock, or whether any model has been discontinued.
Although the story concerns leaked pricing, the source information available here does not establish the yen amounts. It also does not verify current regional list prices or seller prices. No specific price should be inferred from the phrase “premium finish.”

Is the GMW-BZ5000 part of this leak?

What buyers should verify now
Because the reported Japan release window has passed and the available sources do not establish present-day availability or prices, check Casio’s regional product listings or an authorized local retailer for the exact model number, stock and price before buying. Treat any seller listing as a current seller offer, not as confirmation of the leaked price.
