The COROS PACE 4 pairs a 1.2-inch AMOLED touchscreen with a light build and running-focused training tools. COROS lists it at 32 g with the nylon band or 40 g with silicone, but the available evidence does not establish that it outperforms similarly priced rivals. Treat its battery life as a manufacturer estimate, and compare current local prices and features before buying.
Fit and comfort: a light watch with two band weights
COROS lists the PACE 4 as 11.8 mm thick. Its published weight is 32 g with the nylon band and 40 g with the silicone band; these are manufacturer specifications, not independent measurements. The band choice therefore makes an 8 g difference on paper. COROS describes the watch as “the most comfortable AMOLED GPS watch,” which is marketing language rather than an independent comfort finding. COROS product page
Display and running features
The PACE 4 has a 1.2-inch AMOLED touchscreen, according to COROS. The manufacturer also advertises mapping, voice recording features and training tools. Its purchase page mentions structured workouts and running-power-based plans. Those listings describe the advertised feature set; they do not establish how well each feature performs in use or whether every option is available in every region or software version. Battery life: read the figures as estimates
COROS claims up to 41 hours of GPS use and up to 19 days of daily use. These are manufacturer estimates, not independently measured results, and COROS says battery performance varies with feature use. Actual endurance will depend on settings and activity mix, so the headline figures are not a promise that every runner will see those durations. COROS product page COROS launch announcement

What the available review evidence says about trade-offs
TechRadar reports that the watch does not offer music streaming or NFC payments. Those omissions matter if you want to leave your phone behind for streamed music or use your watch to pay; the available evidence does not establish whether software changes have altered feature availability since that review. Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone.Price and value: verify the price where you live
TechRadar listed prices of $249 in the US, £229 in the UK and AU$479.95 in Australia. These are review-era prices, not confirmed current prices. Check local availability and the price of the exact PACE 4 variant before comparing it with alternatives. The evidence here does not provide a controlled comparison with the Garmin Forerunner 165 or Suunto Run, so it cannot support a claim that the PACE 4 is the better-value watch. TechRadar review

- Uncompromisingly light and durable: The 6000‑series aluminum alloy bezel provides a high‑integrity frame, yet PACE 4 Black Crystal weighs just 33 g (with nylon band) – balancing structural integrity, a smooth finish, and an incredibly lightweight profile for the wear and tear of an active life.
- AMOLED AT ITS BEST: The touchscreen AMOLED display has a tapered edge, crystal clear visibility, and vibrant colors. It brings a more detailed display with 164% higher resolution than the COROS PACE 3.
- BIG BATTERY LIFE: Train longer without interruption. With 41 hours of continuous GPS use and up to 19 days of daily battery life, ensure your training isn’t tied to a charger.

For a like-for-like decision, compare current prices in the same market, display and readability, weight with the included band, independently measured GPS and battery results, mapping and navigation, training tools, and music and payment support. Without comparable evidence across those points, a price alone cannot establish which watch offers better value.
