The Washington Post reported that 45Footwear LLC operated the fragrance website and that the site disclosed a licensing arrangement involving CIC Ventures LLC. The site said the products were not designed, manufactured, distributed, or sold by Donald Trump or the Trump Organization. The Post reported that the precise financial structure of the fragrance deal was unclear.

Separately, the current watch storefront names TheBestWatchesonEarth LLC as the company using Trump’s name and likeness under a paid license. Its current disclosure says the watches are not designed, manufactured, distributed, or sold by Trump or the Trump Organization, and describes them as collectibles for personal enjoyment, not investments. This is the storefront’s current statement, not a December 2024 report.
