The DOXA SUB 300T Sharkhunter Clive Cussler is a 93-piece limited edition with an aged-steel finish, a Beads of Rice bracelet, and a black FKM strap. Its manufacturer-listed water resistance is 300 m / 30 ATM—not the 1,200 m / 120 ATM rating DOXA gives the regular SUB 300T Sharkhunter. DOXA’s US product page displayed a price of USD 3,250 and “Sold out” when checked on October 4, 2026; availability can change.
What makes the Sharkhunter Clive Cussler edition distinctive?
DOXA identifies this watch as SKU 840.80.101.15 and limits it to 93 timepieces. The brand says each watch has an individual XX/93 serial engraving inside the lugs. Its aged stainless-steel case and bezel give it a different finish from a standard Sharkhunter, while the caseback connects the edition to the work of the National Underwater and Marine Agency (NUMA).

How it differs from the regular SUB 300T Sharkhunter
The most consequential specification difference is water resistance. DOXA lists the Sharkhunter Clive Cussler edition at 300 m / 30 ATM, while its regular SUB 300T Sharkhunter listing gives 1,200 m / 120 ATM. Those figures apply to different versions; do not use the regular Sharkhunter’s rating for this limited edition.
| Detail | SUB 300T Sharkhunter Clive Cussler | Regular SUB 300T Sharkhunter |
|---|---|---|
| Water resistance | 300 m / 30 ATM, per DOXA’s edition listing | 1,200 m / 120 ATM, per DOXA’s regular-model listing |
| Edition details | Limited to 93; XX/93 engraving inside the lugs; NUMA-themed caseback, per DOXA | Not stated on the cited regular-model listing |
| Case treatment | Aged stainless steel, per DOXA’s edition listing | Not stated on the cited regular-model listing |
| Bracelet and strap configuration | Aged-steel Beads of Rice bracelet plus black FKM strap, per DOXA’s edition listing | Not stated on the cited regular-model listing |
| Price and availability | USD 3,250 and “Sold out” on DOXA’s US page on October 4, 2026; current status may differ | Not stated on the cited regular-model listing |
DOXA says the modern SUB 300T was presented in September 2019 as a tribute to the 1968 SUB 300T Conquistador. That history does not make the two Sharkhunter versions interchangeable: use the exact model name when referring to a rating or feature.

What the Clive Cussler connection does—and does not—mean
The edition’s documented connection is its NUMA-themed caseback and DOXA’s stated donation of an unspecified portion of sales. A separate DOXA SUB 300T Clive Cussler model has a vintage-compass-inspired dial and red dates 7, 15, and 31, which DOXA connects to Cussler’s July 15, 1931 birthday. Those dial details are described for that separate model, not for the Sharkhunter Clive Cussler edition discussed here.
