Fears presented three watch updates at Geneva Watch Days 2025: the 38mm Brunswick “Charcoal Rose,” the 40.5mm Brunswick Jump Hour “Barleycorn,” and the 39.5mm Redcliff Date “ES.” The two Brunswicks make their mark with contrasting dials and display styles; the Redcliff takes a darker, sportier direction with a black DLC-coated exterior and 150m water resistance. Geneva Watch Days ran September 4–7, 2025, but the prices and order dates below are launch-era details reported in August 2025, not current offers.
What did Fears release at Geneva Watch Days 2025?

The Redcliff 39.5 Date “ES” combines a black textured dial and orange accents with dark coatings on its case components.

Brunswick 38 “Charcoal Rose”: textured dial and hand-wound movement
The Brunswick 38 “Charcoal Rose” (reference BS23800B) keeps the collection’s 38mm cushion-shaped case in 316L stainless steel, with an onion-shaped crown. Its dial contrasts a granulated charcoal center against a brushed, rose-gold-colored outer layer. Applied 18k rose-gold numerals and hands provide the warm-toned accents, with small seconds completing the display.

Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone.Which of the three Fears releases is the best fit?
- Choose the “Charcoal Rose” for a traditional display with a dress-leaning dial. It has standard hours, minutes, and small seconds, plus a hand-wound movement and warm rose-gold-colored detailing.
- Choose the “Barleycorn” for the jump-hour complication. Its hour appears in a disc at 12 o’clock, with the SW200-and-JJ01 movement combination setting it apart from the other two.
- Choose the Redcliff “ES” for a darker, sportier configuration. It adds a date, black-coated case components, an FKM rubber strap, and the highest stated water resistance of the trio.
The Brunswicks share 100m water resistance and offer a choice between strap and five-link bracelet configurations. The Redcliff’s stated configuration is rubber, while its 150m rating distinguishes it on the specification sheet. These are reported specifications, not independent durability test results.
