Fratello Talks: Could This Be the Next New Rolex?

Fratello Talks is a thought experiment about watches the hosts would like Rolex to make—not news of a confirmed release or leak.

No confirmed Rolex release is revealed in Fratello Talks: Could This Be the Next New Rolex? The episode is a thought experiment: its hosts imagine what they would pitch in a Rolex product-development meeting, while acknowledging that predicting the brand’s next move is practically impossible.

What the episode is—and isn’t

Fratello presents the discussion as a mix of ambitious wishes, tongue-in-cheek ideas, and proposals the hosts found exciting. It is not an announcement, a report of a leak, or a list of confirmed upcoming models. The official YouTube listing carries the same caveat.

The episode page does not establish a shortlist of specific watches that Rolex is preparing to release, so there is no verified candidate to identify as “the next new Rolex.” The useful distinction is between the hosts’ speculation and confirmed product news; the episode offers the former, not the latter.

The naming jokes are not Rolex models

One playful part of the discussion is Nacho’s formula for inventing Rolex-style names: pair an exotic location, hobby, or mode of transport with “-Dweller,” “-Master,” or “-King,” or borrow a name from a favorite North American race track. Examples on the page include “Jet-Ski-King,” “Casino-Master,” and “Sauna-Dweller.” They are jokes about naming, not actual Rolex products or predictions of announced model names.
